THE BIOGENETIC BASES OF THE LIVING BEINGS THAT POPULATE THE WAAM (COSMOS).
Some men of the Earth often question us about the political features of our social structure. Does it have the characteristics of a democratic State under the rule of law? Is it perhaps a Social State under the rule of law? Is it a peculiar Socialist structure? Does it present the classic features of a liberal Society, or on the contrary does its rigid scaffolding recall the totalitarianisms of Hitler's Germany, Stalin's Soviet Union, General Franco's Spain or Trujillo's Dominican Republic? If not, could it resemble the old theocratic State of Tibet, or will the fact that UMMO is governed by four OEMII lead one to think that it is a peculiar form of Oligocracy or Polycracy?
In another order of ideas, the questions are directed towards the level of intelligence we attain on our OYAA (COLD STAR), that is, the degree of development reached by our neuroencephalon in the present phase of evolutionary development of our Social Network.
Both series of questions may at first sight seem unrelated. But an objective and systematic analysis would not only shed sufficient light on their mutual interdependence; to interpret them correctly we shall have to carry out a preliminary probe into the true roots of the sociopolitical, psychosocial and encephalic developments of the humanity of UMMO. These roots are neither more nor less than the biogenetic bases of the evolution of all living beings in our WAAM (UNIVERSE). Therefore, before going into a subject as lengthy as our political organization, or the analysis of the intellective capacity that begins to develop in the embryo of the OEMII in the mother's womb, we shall need to resort to an overall view (albeit presented at a popular level) of the mechanisms that govern evolution.
In the following paragraphs we shall inform you about a series of questions we consider transcendental. In some cases we shall remind you of concepts now almost familiar to the biophysicists of EARTH, such as the structure of nuclear chromosomes, genetic mutations and the basis of the genetic code or code of life. But alongside these concepts, which all of you, even if you are not specialized in Biology, should know, we are going to make a series of revelations that are transcendental for you, for Earthly specialists in Biochemistry are unaware even of their existence. This will serve you to explain some gaps that made certain mechanisms of evolution incomprehensible (For example, the internal mutations that give rise to an improvement of the somatic structure instead of causing a degeneration or regression of the living being). We consider these revelations we are going to make to you so important that we invite you to inform your Biologist brothers of the EARTH about them. These paragraphs may serve them as guidance in planning their research in search of the BAAYIODIXAA (An extremely important Factor that we shall explain at once).
Before setting out these biogenetic bases, you may ask us one last question:
Would it be feasible for the national constitutions of the Earth to be modified, copying in their structure the form of Government of UMMO, the social bases of our Humanity, our customs, our way of life, our industrialization and the other factors that characterize the OEMII species of UMMO?
Our objective and thoroughly analysed answer is this: Emphatically NOT NOW. Moreover, there is no need for us to clarify this for you, since any intelligent man of the earth would be capable of reaching the same conclusion.
The question, moreover, would be as naive as if it raised the possibility of a child of tender chronological age designing a guided missile.
This statement may prove irksome to the sensitivity and self-esteem of Earthmen. It seems as if we brothers coming from UMMO had a disparaging concept of the Homo Sapiens of the Planet OYAGAA (EARTH). It seems as if we men of UMMO judged you to be mere UUGEEYIE (CHILDREN) in comparison with us.
But that touchiness is neither reasonable nor justified, since our attitude towards you is in no way disparaging but always imbued with deep respect, bearing in mind that you are at a phase of the evolutionary process less advanced in time than we are.
When we refer to the psychic fullness of an OEMII (BODY), that is, to the state you call the adult period, you must not forget that we are referring to the frame of reference for a planetary macrogroup. It is a RELATIVE REFERENCE. The adult undoubtedly possesses a psyche different from that of the UUGEEYIE or adolescent of that group. Undoubtedly the primary reactions of a mature panther must be different from those of its cub, but do not forget that present-day Earth Man, like the OEMII (MAN) of UMMO, are beings in a continuous evolutionary process. The PHYSICAL AND HISTORICAL settings we have lived through on UMMO and on EARTH are very different. This is natural if you bear in mind that the Geological, atmospheric, radioactive, gravitational, magneto-electrostatic and chemical Environment on UMMO presents discrepancies, sometimes notable, with respect to that of this Planet of yours.
Do not forget, for example, that greater atmospheric protection has freed us from the degrading action of external mutations caused by cosmic radiation; the degree of degeneration of some Philum has been smaller, and racial variations almost non-existent.
All these factors stamp peculiar characteristics on each planetary social macrogroup, since the ecological environment was different, although the somatic structure of men is basically similar on all Planets inhabited by rational beings.
But in addition, the period between the hominization of the precursor anthropoids on our UMMO and the present time is much longer than the similar period on Earth. Under these conditions it should not be surprising that our degree of civilization is more advanced than that of Earth.
You know that organisms develop progressively thanks to a series of factors partly known to you. Earthly biologists attribute these evolutionary changes, capable of transforming an anthropoid into a man, to external radiation and to selection by the environment. Every mutation of a gene will then give rise to a structural change in the organism.
But this is an incomplete and nebulous truth with some erroneous elements. We have discovered the biogenetic laws and the real factors that govern the evolution of life in the WAAM.
PAY CLOSE ATTENTION
You all know that animal and plant tissues are made up of millions of cells. Using the terminology of Earth, we remind you that in these cells four important elements or parts are distinguished. See IMAGE 1. (U-C Note: IMAGE 1 does not exist)

this model, however, is very primitive since, for example, the cell MEMBRANE is much more complicated than the rigid covering of the shell mentioned.
You have all studied that within the cell NUCLEUS there are filamentous structures called CHROMOSOMES. These filamentous complexes are of great importance, since they contain part of the mystery of Life. A mystery we unveiled a long time ago.
Indeed: you know that each chromosomal fibre carries modules capable of storing the CHARACTERS OF HEREDITY, which we call IGOOA ENMEE and you: GENES.
A basic simile for those not initiated in Biophysics might be to compare the XAAXADOO (CHROMOSOMES) to a punched paper tape containing a secret message. Each sequence of holes or perforations symbolizes a letter. The whole tape, punched according to this code, would represent the complete text of that message.
Only the message carried in the XAAXADO (CHROMOSOME) is none other than the instructions for the foetus contained in the womb to possess features that distinguish it from its other brothers. The chromosome dictates the orders by which the living being carrying them differs from a dove or a reptile.
Each IGOOA or GENE represents a definite character: The blue colour of the iris of the eye, the shape of the rectum or the black pigmentation of the skin in an earthly Hottentot.
Undoubtedly, if a foreign agent, a pellet for example, struck our paper tape, punching a new hole, one of its letters would be altered. Perhaps the whole sense of its message would be appreciably modified. Likewise a beam of radiation (X rays, fast neutrons, electrons, etc.) striking the CHROMOSOME could alter it to the point that the new offspring of that living being would come out with brown eyes, or perhaps turned into a monster.
The specialists of the Earth know all this, and they know the intimate structure of the genetic code, which is of course much more complex than that naive simile of the punched tape with the message.
Before going any further you need to review the internal structure of the XAAXADOO (CHROMOSOME). In case you do not find a suitable text analysing these important filaments, we enclose an APPENDIX NUMBER ONE in which we develop this subject in brief. The conclusions of Earthly biologists about CHROMOSOMES do not differ excessively from the concept that for many XEE (A UNIT OF TIME EQUIVALENT TO THE REVOLUTION OF UMMO AROUND OUR HOT STAR IUMMA) we have had of the XAAXADOO (CHROMOSOME), except as regards the protein chains and their function in the chromosome, where you have made some errors in your present hypotheses.

No dose of radiation, however insignificant, fails to produce effects and to present a degree of probability of provoking a MUTATION, often lethal, which is why we do not understand the thoughtlessness of certain Earthly gynaecologists who subject pregnant women to Radioscopy or Radiography without the most exquisite precautions.
If MUTATIONS never occurred in the XAAXADOO (CHROMOSOMES), living beings would perpetuate their structure for millions of years. EVOLUTION WOULD NOT BE POSSIBLE ON ANY PLANET) A mollusc would repeat its morphology from generation to generation without ever being transformed.
But the Earthly specialists in Biochemistry ask themselves: How is it that mutations, those accidental phenomena that modify the code of life, almost always occur in a positive direction (Orthogenesis), perfecting the Species, making their morphology, their nervous system, their sense organs or organs that capture physical stimuli progress, their complex of organic mechanisms becoming more and more perfect from generation to generation each time a new Mutation occurs?.
We shall give a simile: If radiations and their genetic action can be compared to the effects of bullet shots on a target (The target would be the Chromosome), we can imagine a marksman firing at the columns of the Parthenon in GREECE. Can we suppose (unless he is an extremely skilful marksman) that the impacts of the bullets, instead of marring the slender profile of the peristyle, would carve beautiful caulicoli and graceful caryatids on the capitals in the stone?
How is it possible that the process of encephalization of man keeps improving, and that future generations of men enjoy a cerebral cortex so perfected that our mind is capable of solving mathematical problems mentally without needing to resort to auxiliary algorithms as our ancestors did?
Only through the random bombardment of a few neutrons or deuterons? Only because a Helion striking the IXOOURAA (DEOXYRIBONUCLEIC ACID) alters the position of a molecule of THYMINE or GUANINE? ยกWhen in the most probable case they ought to provoke a genetic aberration and therefore a monstrous being with atrophied arms or lacking lungs!

It is to our Scientist AOYOO 221 Son of AOYOO 217 that we owe the discovery of the Mystery of this biogenetic process.
Long before, some atoms of Krypton (A noble gas known to you) had been discovered in the Encephalon of man. The transcendence of this discovery came to be revealed. It was nothing less than the OEMBUAW, THIRD FACTOR OF MAN, unknown to Earthmen, which performs the function of serving as a link between the SOUL and the BODY (BUAWAA and OEMII).
69 XEE earlier, INNAI 3 son of INNAI 2, carrying out laboratory fertilization experiments with spermatozoa of AAGA IEGOSAA (AN ANTHROPOID SIMILAR TO EARTHLY APES) on ova of YIE (HUMAN FEMALE), had been checking the spatial position of the component atoms of a sugar called deoxyribose by Earthly chemists and which we know as UUDUA GOO. The molecules of this sugar were inside the NUCLEUS of the woman's OVUM. He was astonished to detect then the presence of several atoms of KRYPTON.
These were located at the ends of the helical chain of DEOXYRIBONUCLEIC acid, forming several pairs (IMAGE 2) (In all 86 biatomic sets) which revolved in common orbits. The orbital planes, roughly parallel, shared a common AXIS (In the image [axis A.-B.]). At the same time this axis described a harmonic vibratory motion whose FREQUENCY AND AMPLITUDE were a function of the TEMPERATURE (0.2 Megacycles for a temperature of 35 Earth degrees centigrade).
Such ordered series of atoms of KRYPTON gas were detected only in germ cells of men and multicellular animals, although their discovery was later extended to the rest of the cells.
How had we not discovered these atoms earlier? Bear in mind that, although the groups comprised 86 atoms, these figures are minute for monitoring and detection. Remember that in one cubic millimetre of very rarefied KRYPTON gas one can statistically count a figure of the order of 109 [a thousand million] free atoms.
The first hypothesis of our scientists was to identify that KRYPTON with the OEMBUAWW (THIRD FACTOR OF MAN, already mentioned), but to their great surprise they found no sign of electronic encoding in its subatomic energy Levels.
The studies continued for 9 XEE until AOYOO 221 began his research.
He himself at first formulated a hypothesis that collapsed resoundingly, but with the glory of finally discovering the genuine meaning of the function of the BAAYIODUU, as we call that series of 86 KRYPTON atoms.
THE BIOGENETIC FUNCTION OF THE BAAYIODUU (SERIES OF KRYPTON ATOMS).
AYOO 221 maintained at first that these KRYPTON atoms remain inactive in the sex cells of all living beings. They form the quarry (he formulated in his false Hypothesis) of KRYPTON atoms which in future generations will migrate to the encephalon or brain to form the well-known OEMBUAW (THIRD HUMAN FACTOR).
To demonstrate the viability of his Hypothesis he chose male germ cells (SPERMATOZOA) of 134 species of vertebrates for the corresponding analysis.
The astonishment of the specialists assisting AYOO 221 was extraordinary when they carried out an analysis of the electron distribution of those KRYPTON atoms.
As you know, electrons occupy, in each subatomic level, instantaneous positions whose probabilistic function is governed by chance. There is a principle of indeterminacy by which each electron is located at different points (We call these positions IBOZOO WOO, which must not be confused with the concept of a mathematical point in three-dimensional space) without being governed by any law.
But in those atoms the positions were evidently governed by a disconcerting synchronism. The homologous atoms in the BAAYIODUU chains of the different spermatozoa showed a similar and synchronous distribution. They seemed like clocks working in unison, as if linked by hidden emissions of radiation stimulating such behaviour, or as if a mysterious resonance phenomenon forced all the electrons to be governed by the same pattern. It might then be inferred that the proximity of the cells under study caused this resonance effect. But it was later discovered that all the living beings of UMMO behaved in the same way in their BAAYIODUU.
(Much later we have had to recognize that this phenomenon is cosmological.) Theory and experiment have confirmed it definitively. Thus, for example, living beings of other Planets showed the same phenomenon. In the year 1951 we confirmed once again the universality of the principle, verifying it in human cells of OEMII of the EARTH. The synchronism with the BAAYIODUU atoms of UMMO and other Planets was perfect.
But you should not be astonished that this is so. On the contrary, it will seem logical to you when we explain in the text that follows the genuine function of the BAAYIODUU. You will then understand that you are still very far from having reached the goal in understanding the intimate mechanisms that govern life, since even we have not reached it despite this TRANSCENDENTAL discovery. You will understand that the genetic code enclosed in Deoxyribonucleic Acid is only one of the links in that chain of factors that explain the behaviour of matter animated by life, inspired ultimately by WOA (GOD).

A XAAXADOO (chromosome) is a filament-shaped structure found in the nucleus of the cell from one of its phases of reproduction onwards, and formed from a component you call chromatin.
The structure of the XAAXADOO (chromosome) is complex; suitably magnified with our gravitational visualization equipment, it appears as a long cluster of atoms. We shall use your nomenclature, since the actual components are known to biologists of EARTH.

(IXIMOO) Special proteins
DEOXYRIBONUCLEIC Acid (DNA), carrier of the programmed code of IGOOA (Genes), is very important. The information symbolized in it really "dictates" the orders that will serve to materialize the characteristic features of each animal or plant. Let us see what this mechanism of programming and realization is.
The (IXOURAA) (RNA) has a helical spatial structure (DOUBLE HELIX).
Its most important components are:

(UUDUAGOO) Deoxyribose sugar
(IXOIAROO) Adenine (Nucleotide)
(IUAGAROO) Thymine (Nucleotide)
(IDUIROO) CYTOSINE (NUCLEOTIDE)

These basic components are linked in the following way
which form an elementary fraction of the double helix mentioned.
Note that the relative positions of the last four components (Adenine) (Thymine) (Cytosine) and (Guanine) alternate in an apparently capricious way. But it is precisely this distribution of the four IGOOMII (Symbolic factors of the CODE) that makes it possible to carry the message. Every four bands or pairs 
can represent an IGOOA symbol 
(GENE
) that programmes proteins (this is one of many genetic symbols).
How is this programming translated into the manufacture of proteins? The process is not entirely unknown to you. Two chains of (UOUORAA) ribonucleic acid (RNA), whose structure is similar to that of Deoxyribonucleic acid though less complex

fulfil different functions.
First of all we must distinguish two types of (UOUOURAA) ribonucleic chain.
The first, B, is a tracing of the coded message A of the deoxyribonucleic acid.
The second, C, carries an (IXI) Amino acid (remember that amino acids are true modules or links of PROTEINS).
Although the process is more complex, since RIBOSOMES, ENZYMES and a Factor unknown to you called AIGOOXAADA also take part in it, we shall try to outline it, also using metaphors or images more understandable to newcomers to biological Chemistry.
1st PHASE
In the chromosome there pre-exists (since the last mutation) a sequence of symbols encoded according to the position of the nucleotides in the deoxyribonucleic acid.
We symbolize this with a tape encoded in EARTHLY MORSE, kept in the office of a Factory Director.
2nd PHASE
In the nucleus of the Cell a chain of RIBONUCLEIC ACID is formed,
An encoded tracing of the former. This chain passes into the protoplasm of the cell from the
NUCLEUS, carrying the message.
You can imagine that it is a copy of the previous tape which an engineer traces in the office mentioned and takes to the manufacturing workshop.
3rd PHASE
In the Cytoplasm, on the other hand, there is a series of amino acids of different types. (Do not forget that a protein molecule is made up of different kinds of these components. One protein chain will differ from another precisely in the kind and order of the amino acids linked).
Each amino acid is encoded with a key symbol of three signs (which corresponds to the code enclosed in the deoxyribonucleic acid). Then, on the ribonucleic acid chain or template, ONLY THE AMINO ACIDS whose code number corresponds to the message will arrange themselves, fitting into place.
The protein chains thus assembled give shape to the structure of each living being. Each animal or plant has therefore been "Manufactured" in obedience to the orders encoded in the (XAAXADOO) MATRIX CHROMOSOME.

We have made a digression to explain to you a process that is already almost known to you. It remains, then, to analyse how the orders are encoded in the XAAXADOO (CHROMOSOME) itself.
You saw that the mathematical permutations of the four nucleotides (IXOI AROO) ADENINE (IUAGAROO) THYMINE (CYTOSINE) and (IUOOROO) GUANINE are enough to encode in part (For the sake of brevity we have not explained other aspects of the encoding) the hereditary characters.
What happens if a beam of radiation (For example neutrons) strikes a double-helix chain of deoxyribonucleic acid?
the impact can produce (provided there is no destruction and breakage of the chromosome) at least an alteration in the order of the nucleotides. Their interpretative meaning changes, and it is said that an IDUGOO (MUTATION) has been provoked.

But not all IDUGOO (MUTATIONS) are provoked by uncontrolled radiation from outside (Cosmic Rays, explosion of a nuclear weapon, etc.). On the contrary, many mutations are provoked by the individual itself through a mechanism unknown to you. Thus, for example, a species of reptiles such as lizards can live thousands of years in a marshy area until one day a mutation occurs by which the new species of lizards is born equipped with large palmar membranes that allow it to swim comfortably in the water.
What has happened?
We advise you to follow in the next paragraphs this fascinating explanation, in which we shall specify the function played in this process by the series of 86 pairs of KRYPTON atoms discovered by us under the name of BAAYIODUU.
