To understand this question from Pepetmurri, it must be explained that in May 2015 the @oaxiiboo6 account was still open (but with no activity since 14 February, tweet O6-142). However, almost a month earlier, between tweets O6-137 and O6-138, the "Display Name" of the @oaxiiboo6 account had changed from Oaxxiboo6 to Oaxiiboo5. We followers of @oaxiiboo6 had shortened its name to "O6", and the fact that the number changed from 6 to 5 made us suspect that one of the two Ummite managers of the account (see tweet O6-89, where it was cryptically indicated that @oaxiiboo6 was made up of a group of two Ummites and 4 human auxiliaries) must have left for UMMO, as had been announced. When, around mid-May, we saw that the account had become "Oaxiiboo4", Pepetmurri imagined that perhaps the last Ummite of that account had also left, hence the question.

In the D1378 you explain that you will intervene only just before total collapse and auto destruction of the earth (plasma, nuclear war, etc). In this context are your current interventions (on the high frequency trading for example) aiming at postponing the final auto destruction (and the time of implementation of the D1378 plan) or are these interventions only just aimed at alleviating some of the suffering but do not affect the under-laying pace with which the earth races toward partial or total destruction? We steal the thieves and we let them know of the existence of an invisible operator, able to challenge their actions.
Obviously as you know some people form earth (far form enough) are awakening to the unbelievable fragility of the systems on which our so called «modern» societies are founded. A large enough banking collapse would induce problem in the delivery of food to supermarket and incredible disruption (euphemism) would ensue in the few hours after the shelves are empty. That's correct.
In order to prepare seriously to such scenario, radical life changes need to be made such as reviewing our long/mid-term lives projects, building «communities» of like-minded «preppers» and to sum it up, re orientate radically our lives in every aspect. This seems to be the ideal objectives, but they are now countered by international laws to standardize the behaviour of people based on the interests of the financial markets.

That being said, because of the change in life orientation, and lack in any way to extrapolate a sufficiently precise timing, such decisions are VERY HARD to make, even when fully aware of the dire situation we are in.
So, I have a few questions.
The civil war will encompass all the world in a literal meaning? Which region/country will be hardest hit, and which will be the less impacted? Countries that are not able to support themselves will suffer more than those able to provide for themselves a minimum livelihood in an almost autarchic way.
When we think of a civil war we think of different scenarios: will there be a semblance of structure and organization? Not likely.
For example will there be several distinguished «sides» with the territory in each side that keep a semblance of functionality: the power grid still intact, and food production and distribution still more or less functioning? People in poor countries will try by all means to access the territories of their less affected neighbours. You can already see the increasing influx of immigrants who risk their lives every day in the hope of long term survival.
Or will it be more like a dissolving of any infrastructure to the point that we literally end up in a complete chaos: out control local crime gangs, collapse of the power grid, famines etc ? Unfortunately, it should end this way.
Before 2019, will there be a smooth economy or will limited precursor events unfold (civil war and banking crisis limited to one region of the world)? The warning signs are already visible and will grow. But the collapse will be sudden, over a period of a few days.
Would you advise that we start now, without panicking and making dumb decision of course, to prepare in such radical manner, in all aspect of our lives, for the events of 2019 ? As an illustration. Would you advise us to slowly acclimate ourselves to the idea of moving/relocating, in the years we have to prepare? Move to the countryside, cultivate your gardens. Plan individual access to clean water and minimal private energy source (wind, solar). Protect your families.

This process will be repeated up to level 7. However, at that level, only the 6 members having collected the most votes will be appointed. They will de facto become the elected representatives of planet Earth.

Nous avons entreprise, voici un peu plus de deux ans, de transposer notre base historique de supervision des opérations terrestres depuis le Groenland vers l’Antarctique.
Ce choix s’est imposé pour deux raisons principales :

- Impossibilité de maintenir une activité en croissance continue dans une cavité semi sous-marine de taille limitée et ne garantissant plus un niveau de discrétion suffisant.

- Existence, sous l’inlandsis Antarctique, d’immenses cavités sculptées depuis des siècles par l’activité géothermique. Deux de ces cavités en grande profondeur nous servent maintenant, conjointement avec une autre ethnie, d’entrepôt logistique et de centre de supervision de nos frères en activité opérationnelle.

L’activité géothermique, accrue par le réchauffement du noyau terrestre entre 2012 et 2016, a provoqué une ouverture dans l’une des principales cavités. D’immenses quantités de gaz provenant des émanations volcaniques, jusqu’alors piégées sous la glace, ont alors été libérées dans l’atmosphère. Cela devrait provoquer, à moyen terme, des perturbations climatiques limitées aux parties les plus australes de l’hémisphère sud.

En contrepartie, les échanges directs avec l’atmosphère, ainsi que la diffusion spectaculaire de la lumière diurne, au travers des minces parois du plafond glaciaire, ont rendu cette cavité accessible sans un équipement lourd. La beauté saisissante des sculptures de glace que l’on peut y admirer attire un nombre croissant de visiteurs parmi vos frères les plus socialement favorisés.

Avec le refroidissement progressif du noyau terrestre, amorcé depuis l’automne 2016, diminue le risque d’emballement volcanique. Cependant, par la contraction et la densification mécaniques du manteau asthénosphérique, l’activité sismique s’accroîtra sensiblement au niveau des principales zones de subduction.

A little over two years ago we began to transfer our historical base for supervising Earth operations from Greenland to Antarctica.
This choice was dictated by two main reasons:

- The impossibility of maintaining a continuously growing activity in a semi-submarine cavity of limited size, which no longer guaranteed a sufficient level of discretion.

- The existence, under the Antarctic ice sheet, of immense cavities sculpted over centuries by geothermal activity. Two of these very deep cavities now serve us, jointly with another ethnic group, as a logistics depot and as a supervision centre for our brothers in operational activity.

Geothermal activity, increased by the heating of the Earth's core between 2012 and 2016, caused an opening in one of the main cavities. Immense quantities of gas from volcanic emanations, until then confined under the ice, have been released into the atmosphere. In the medium term, this should cause climatic disturbances limited to the southernmost parts of the southern hemisphere.

On the other hand, the direct exchanges with the atmosphere, as well as the spectacular diffusion of daylight through the thin walls of the glacial roof, have made this cavity accessible without heavy equipment. The striking beauty of the ice sculptures that can be admired there attracts a growing number of visitors from among your socially most privileged brothers.

With the progressive cooling of the Earth's core, which began after the autumn of 2016, the risk of volcanic runaway is decreasing. However, owing to the contraction and mechanical densification of the asthenospheric mantle, seismic activity will increase appreciably along the main subduction plates.

The activity of the photosphere only reflects a degraded harmonic compound, with long lags, of 20 to 22-year inner pulsating sub-cycles.

Earth core temperature is influenced by three main factors:

1. high internal pressure inducing compression of the iron crystal structure.
2. gravitational influences of the Moon and Sun inducing small cyclic fluctuations at the solid/liquid boundary.
3. interactions with a significant amount of neutrinos crossing the inner core crystal lattice.

The first two factors keep the whole core in a relatively stable equilibrium state with variations of only tens of degrees (°K).

Only changes in solar neutrino flux can have a significant influence over a range of hundreds of degrees. Even neutrinos with lower energy levels are able to interact along their travel across the dense iron layers, and more specifically inside the inner core where they generate unstable isotopes, producing local oscillating changes in the iron crystal structure that propagate to the solid/liquid boundary.

During an increase in solar neutrino emissions the speed of those oscillations also increases, developing or reducing locally the cubic iron structure at higher speed, inducing warming mainly by friction and, to a lesser extent, by an increased ambient radioactivity. Inner heat increase is transmitted very slowly to the upper layers, with a delay of about 8 months to reach the Moho.

On the contrary, when the solar activity decreases, the planetary core cools rather suddenly with endothermic readjustments of the cubic structure. Upper layers are progessively affected by the same relative and sudden drop in temperature.

Global warming, which is a reality, results mainly from a reduced capacity of the oceans, warmed from the seabed and saturated with buoyant organic polymers and hydrocarbon residues, to recoup heat and carbon dioxide from the atmosphere.

It seems foolish to summarize environmental problems by a growing number of irregular weather conditions thought to be mainly due to excessive emissions of carbon dioxide.

The real ecological emergencies are the pollution of drinking water sources and the destruction of the natural habitats of thousands of species constituting the underground microbiota, either by using chemicals or by deforestation, to increase agricultural production.

Should we also insist on the irreversible poisoning of soils by products allowing the extraction of rare minerals or shale gas from rocks?

The Co-Virus identified in December 2019 is spreading significantly above our expectations. Although it rapidly mutated to expel its HIV insertions, it did not stabilize into a close variant of the original HCoV strain. This doesn't match the case observed on samples in our facilities.

We have no proof yet but strong suspicions that other strains were delibirately sprayed during spiritual gathering and sport events, targeting specific populations. We are almost sure of it for Iran.

European cases are also very difficult to explain solely by natural contagion. The circulating strains are constantly mutating and recombining. The co-virus identified in December 2019 is supposed to have spread through animals infected in the Wuhan P4 laboratory where the specific strain was studied. Those studies were led conjointly with other countries possessing the exact same strain in their own laboratories.

The leak is most probably accidental but it is also possible that the virus was sprayed around on purpose to let the Chinese government believe this obvious explanation. If that were the case, it would be the act of an individual or a small group that would have acted in isolation. We found no evidence that such a black operation was planned.

However, when It was discovered, senior US military officials immediately saw the opportunity to weaken Iran by fighting this frightening invisible enemy, leaving China as the unwitting culprit. The plan was officially rejected, but the operation was carried out, spraying another strain of the virus at Qom and at a meeting with officials.

The strain disseminated in Iran has a specific signature, quite distinct from the original strain of Wuhan. It is clearly of natural origin, fairly stable, a little less contagious, but with a higher lethality which is around two percent.

On the contrary, the European strains are close variants of the original artificial strain of Wuhan, with the typical insertions of HIV which disappear after thirteen or fourteen days of replication.

If we go to those coordinates with Google Earth (for example), we find this point, located near Rio de Janeiro in Brazil:

The co-virus identified in December 2019 did spread from Wuhan BSL-4 laboratory where the specific strain was studied, in collaboration with other countries possessing the exact same strain in their own facilities.

We have ruled out the hypothesis of a malicious origin, including direct suspicion of Dr Zheng-Li Shi or any member of her team.

When this leak was discovered, the Chinese authorities entered a phase of panic given the potential lethality of the Chimera virus.

On the night of 25 October 2020 (at a time we cannot specify) and for a short time (perhaps two hours), OAY posts this tweet, which we have copied alongside. This tweet is in fact a retweet with comment; the retweeted tweet belongs to a discussion thread and is this one by @omgeyie2, whose translation we attach.

It is not ruled out. Christine Lagarde did her numerology number on 15 January 2014, insisting heavily. We will soon reach the seventh anniversary. U or not U, a controlled demolition with a timetable set long ago seems to me a valid hypothesis.

The "numerology number" that @omgeyie2 refers to can be found in this video. In it, in a surprising way for a recently appointed head of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), she makes continual references to numerology and to how dates should be interpreted according to it. Basically, she says that the digits making up a date must be added together to find its numerological meaning. This is how Lagarde ends up attaching great importance to the number 7, and she concludes by inviting the audience to something very good that should happen 7 years later. You can check that 15 January 2021 marks 7 years since this lecture by Christine Lagarde.

Well, OAY seems to have taken advantage of this tweet about Christine Lagarde to point out to us that the elite promoting the approaching collapse, as a preface to a new socio-economic and financial paradigm, is indeed a follower of numerology. That is why OAY gives us this whole series of dates in which, if we look carefully and add up (reducing them) the digits of the year and month on the one hand and those of the day on the other, we always get 7 - 7. Indeed, let us try it with a couple of dates:

We can see in this image that OAY reproduces, with certain variations and more information, the agenda it had already sent in tweet OAY-146. We see that the days marked with a green tick indicate that mandatory actions (for the Plan) are planned on that date. On the other hand, we see that the dates marked with a red cross are discarded as valid dates for triggering the crash. This tells us that 16 April 2021 is the deadline for it to happen, although logically it could happen earlier, preferably on any of the dates marked in green.

If we look at the drawings that punctuate the agenda, we see that the first thing we should expect is a "Black Swan" (later, in tweet OAY 147, OAY tells us that this might perhaps be an "Orange Swan"). An "orange swan" is a semi-unexpected event with great (above all financial) repercussions.

However, since "Steps" is written with a capital letter, and since the number of characters in this tweet corresponds to the maximum Twitter allows in a tweet, we understand that "Steps" refers to "The Stepfathers", the 40-person summit of the elite, formerly chaired by the Duke of Edinburgh and, after his death, by Samuel R. "Rob" Walton (see tweets 155, 156, 157, 160, 164, 165, 168, 176, 177, 178). Under this interpretation, the tweet says that the "Steps" [Stepfathers] no longer reach the upper floors.

The first thing that strikes the eye is that the flames surrounding the Earth have increased even more. We interpret this to mean that the extortion of our social network by the harmful "elite" that governs our planet from the shadows has increased still further on its way towards a submissive and controlled society.

In the lower right part of the image we can see what look like cylindrical ships heading towards the Earth. We attach a detail of this image:

 

In the detail of the image we can see that, both on the front and on the side of the lower ship, there are two yellowish lobes, with a third, more diffuse lobe on the extension of the bisector formed by the first two. If we recall tweet 312-25, we can see that this "symbol" or "insignia" recalls that of one of our visitors, which we have concluded may be the "Amoral Race-1", which we call the "Repts". However, given the almond shape of the eyes of the visitors we call "Amoral Race-2" or "Grays", it cannot be ruled out that they allude to that race either.

 

If we recall the last tweet, OAY-188, which among other things says "However, the ongoing pact, which should be definitively sealed before the end of July 2026", we could suppose that this detail of the banner image refers to the imminent signing and the subsequent visible arrival of the amoral visitors who set the agenda of these pacts in motion in 1966. The current split, strictly balanced, could revoke the agreement. This would entail sharing the agreed territories and newcomers between both species. They would certainly refuse it. A dislocated country would be excluded from the voters, thus avoiding any possibility of balance.

In this tweet OAY uses a colour code to mark two kinds of countries: orange ones and olive-green ones.

If we recall tweet 312-35, we can see that 312-oay marked the domain of the amoral race we call the Repts, from Orion-Taurus, in orange, and the domain of the race we call the Grays, or the Roswell race, in olive green.

From this we interpret that the "Formal agreement" that would allow one of the amoral races to settle on Earth, and which would require a consensus among the representative nations of Earth, is far from happening (according to OAY, this list of countries, which the ETs who visit us consider representative of Earth, was confirmed and frozen in 1967 on the basis of a selection of the founding countries of the United Nations /see tweet OAY-101/).

We suppose that the representative countries of Earth will have decided to choose the race with which to sign the final agreement by simple majority among themselves. We see in this tweet that there would have been a tie between those in favour of signing the agreement with the Repts (basically the NATO-bloc countries and those close to them) and those in favour of doing so with the Grays (the BRICS bloc and similar).

As OAY explains in this tweet, the tie would lead to a shared presence of the two amoral races, and apparently both would reject this. This would not be acceptable to our elites and the powers controlling both blocs since, above their rivalry, both blocs covet the technology the amoral visitors promise and would rather give way on their preferences than drive both ET races away. Since the break-up of Ukraine would remove it from the list of representative countries, both blocs seem to agree on keeping this war going, thus making the panel of countries odd-numbered and so ensuring that one of the two blocs will win and that Earth will be able to sign the Formal Agreement.

 

(BUT LET US NOT FORGET OAY-170: "Countries are undeniable entities, officially acknowledged, with clear boundaries and specific populations. But their main leaders no longer represent the real interests of their people, as they usually did when the agreements were signed, calling into question the initial terms."

On 18 June 2023 OAY changes the banner image for one hour. Then, throughout 19 June and part of the 20th, it places a new image in the banner, replacing both the ephemeral one of the 18th and the previous one dating from 8 March 2023. On the 20th, however, OAY restores the ephemeral image of the 18th and leaves it as its definitive banner, though adding a little more information by marking an "x 10^6", indicating that the number of figures must be multiplied by a million.

- The flames enveloping the Earth, which have been evolving since they appeared on 12 Nov. 2020 and which we interpret as a metaphor for the gravity of the situation threatening our world, have not changed in the latest changes to the banner. However, the Moon has kept appearing pinkish since that change on 8 Apr. 2023.

 

- On the left of the image, a timescale is taking shape which seems to mark the progress foreseen in the plan of the agreement signed in 1966 between the two amoral races visiting us (Repts & Grays) and the 24 representative countries of Earth. The information about this agreement is spread between these tweets by @312_oay and tweet OAY-189 by @oyagaaayuyisaa.

We can see in this enlarged detail of the image that the plan seems to involve a series of milestones.

The First would be the official announcement of the ET presence on Earth (disclosure) around the year 2026. 312 had also warned us of this in its tweet 312-96.

The Second milestone would occur in the year 2046 and would involve the arrival on Earth of a contingent of one million individuals of the race that ends up signing the agreement. This figure would double to two million individuals in the year 2066.

 

- On the right of the image we can see the slow advance of those mother ships that seem to bear the symbol of the race from ORION-TAURUS that we call the Repts. In this latest version the definition of the ships has been improved, so that the golden three-lobed symbol characterizing this race can be better seen. OAY seems to be explaining to us the current state of progress of the official announcement, the "disclosure". We can interpret the symbols as indicating the status of the various phases of the announcement: the main intelligence agencies would already have informed the Ministers of Defence and the Presidencies of the main nations; the communication to regional officials and to the top levels of the press would be under way and about to be completed; and only the last phase, the spreading of the news to society at large, would remain.

 

On 29 June 2023 OAY changes the left part of its banner still further to add information.

 

Let us remember that, according to tweet OAY-189, the panel of nations representing Earth is currently leaning towards the amoral race we call the "Grays". Moreover, according to the information given by 312 in its tweet 312-99, the maximum contingent of visitors admitted to Earth under this agreement would be one "visitor" for every 2,000 human Earthlings. We see that the additional information in OAY's banner confirms this information from 312, specifying that this maximum contingent would be reached at the end of the 120-year term of the agreement, that is, in 2086, as we can see in this detail of OAY's banner.

 

The current population of the Earth is eight billion people, 8,000,000,000. If the population kept growing and in 2086 it were, for example, ten billion, 10,000,000,000, the contingent of visitors to be admitted would be five million, 5,000,000. If, on the contrary, the population fell, for example, to half the current one, that is, to four billion, 4,000,000,000, then the maximum permitted contingent would not exceed the two million, 2,000,000, already present at that time.

 

The same would happen with the area of the Earth ceded to the colonizers. If our population reached 10,000,000,000 people, the area ceded would be almost 13 million square km (equivalent to the combined area of the USA, Mexico and Peru). If, however, our population fell to 4,000,000,000, the area ceded would be 5.2 million square km, that is, somewhat less than twice the area of Argentina.

After the Grays suffered material and human losses supposedly due to armed interventions (Cape Girardeau 1941? 312-Like 71), they were allowed to contact the American authorities thanks to the "break with the strict policy of non-interference" (NR13).
They took the opportunity to wrong-foot their main rivals and proposed an agreement of interplanetary cooperation, declaring that they came from a dying planet which sooner or later they would be forced to leave (OT-83). A colonization process was certainly already planned.
The Orion ones, for their part, had long regarded the Earth and other planets as potential colonies (312-60) and were waiting for the opportunity to seize them. But the Grays, by virtue of the harm they had suffered, were able to sign an agreement with "us" as early as 1954.
The Earth was slipping away from Orion.
In '64 they managed to break the first agreement by presenting proofs of prior presence addressed to Israel and the Vatican, which, thanks to its influence in the Western countries, obtained the inclusion of these "unscrupulous visitors" (O6-113) in a new agreement in '66.
The documents linking Israel with the Orion ones (Hebrews/Elohim) allowed them to compete with the rival domain, thanks to the support of Judaeo-Christian America and its allies.
This alliance would also explain the choice of countries hostile to Israel, such as Turkey.

International negotiations began between 25 Earth nations and foreign emissaries from both sides. On 31 May 1966, despite the opposition of the USAF, the United States broke its 1954 agreement. The change in the image of OAY's banner involves several modifications:

 

1- We see that the three ships that appeared in the "312-Stat 6" tweet of 26 July 2023 have advanced in the image: one of them, together with the contingent of ships accompanying it, is heading towards the far side of the Moon, while another is decisively approaching the Earth and the third seems to be lagging somewhat behind.

2- On the left of the image a triangular ship now appears, which we interpret as belonging to the ORION (Rept) ethnic group. If we recall the first image of the latest status of 312, "312-Stat 7", we can see that in the image whose text describes the first extraplanetary steps of the Orion race there appear two triangular ships very similar to the one that now appears in OAY's banner.

 

With all this, we can speculate that OAY is trying to tell us that the dispute between the two amoral ethnic groups, "Gray" and "Rept", is becoming more and more evident in our world. We must not forget that in July 2026 the pact signed in 1966 by 24 countries of Earth and the two amoral races should be definitively sealed (OAY-188). This information was gathered from a set of half-burned and badly cracked wooden wax tablets^[note], probably saved from a fire, discovered in a disused warehouse on Mount Athos, on which had been copied large excerpts from the works of Justus of Tiberias. This first-century historiographer, whose works were later censored and carefully destroyed, was particularly interested in the history, of Galilee and wrote biographies of the Hasmonean and Herodian "kings of the Jews', with astonishing digressions on the supposed dynastic heritage of John the Baptist and Jesus, which were potentially a source of inspiration for the authors of the Gospels of Mathew and Luke. However, most of Justus's accounts seem just as biased as those of the Gospels or Josephus.

^[note] Fortunately, the melted wax preserved the integrity of the physically glued wooden supports, which we were able to image and digitally dissociate, layer by layer, to partially reconstruct the original text from the scratches left on the supports by the writer’s stylus.

Joseph was a son of Jacob, son of Matthan [ΙωCHΦ YΙΟC IAKωB TOY MATΘAΝ] and was heir of one of one ancient noble families of Judea who were hunted down by the Hasmoneans and Herodians.

Jacob came from an influential family, allegedly descending from king David, that had sided with the Hasmoneans in their revolt against Seleucid rule. However, after the Maccabees conquered Judea, they opposed their legitimacy as both Kings and high-priests and were eventually forced to flee to Galilee to avoid assassination. The family settled in Sepphoris, joining with local relatives. When the Hasmoneans conquered Galilee, they were again forced to flee and became nomads. As Jacob was known for his Davidic ancestry, his family members were also viewed negatively by Herod the Great when he reconquered Sepphoris. They were ostracized and their encampments became refuges for rebels, the forerunners of the Zealots.

As for Mary [MAΡIAM], she was the daughter of Yehudah, son of Hezekiah [ΘΕYΔAC YΙΟC ΕΖΕKΙAC ΠAΝΘHΡA TOY ΜΕλXΙ] and was married to her second cousin Eliezer, son of Matthat [ΕλIΕΖΕP YΙΟC MAΘΘAT TOY λΕΥΙ], who is also mentioned to be the maternal uncle of John the Baptist and to be an attested descendant of the Hasmoneans. Assuming that the name of the first son, still illegible, is Jesus (ΙHCΟΥC), the names remain entirely consistent with the list given in Mathew 13:55 with the exception of Simon, who was probably not yet born in 13 AD. The order of birth of the children is therefore undeniably more in line with the canonical Gospels.

As wars blind the peoples of the Earth, strategic geopolitical choices and alliances are slowly evolving towards a situation that is probably almost definitive. Promoting wars was a bad strategy for the Western bloc while the adversaries were quietly organizing a solid concordat.

In this repost of its post OAY-193, OAY updates the information on the two blocs of countries aligned respectively with the ORION (whom we also call Reptilians), shown in orange/gold, and with the "Grays", shown in olive green. We see that the most significant changes are that Argentina has moved from the Gray side to the Orion side, while Iraq has changed in the opposite direction. Continuing the scheme of evolution we presented in OAY-193, we update that evolution in this image.

We also see that OAY regards this situation as almost definitive, which would imply the ratification, in 2026, of the 1966 treaty with the Grays.

On 17 September 2024 two new images appear in Babelia libraryofbabel, each with a diagram of the genealogy of Jesus, at links that seem to continue the previous ones, OYAGAAWOA_IWOGEIEMI:5 and OYAGAAWOA_IWOGEIEMI:6. This raised the suspicion among OAY's followers that someone ill-intentioned might have placed them there, since it is possible to upload images to the libraryofbabel under any image title one wishes. A few days later a last image in this series appears, OYAGAAWOA_IWOGEIEMI:7.

WARNING: We have hesitated over whether to place these images here, given the controversy, still unresolved as of today, 29 Sep 2024, about their alleged falsity. However, the coherence of their content, the fact that they appeared at the same time as several works in progress on the genealogy of Jesus, and the closing style of the last image, which refers us to tweet OAY-15 emphasizing the importance of Requests, lead us to place them here, while warning that if their falsity were proven we would acknowledge it and remove this entry.

In this repost of its post OAY-190, OAY updates the information on the progress of the controlled disclosure of the ET presence on Earth. We can see that OAY regards the disclosure to the segment of "State and territorial officers" as completed, and that the last stretch, that is, the phase of final disclosure to the "people", has begun.

We can see that OAY validates the second part of this message from the Allies of Humanity.
Why this post? What does it mean? A sharp-eyed follower, @pepetmurri, points out the following:
"They know that @HerradaSerge did not take well OAY's fiasco in forecasting the collapse of 2021. So they insist that having undertaken the right preparation will not have been in vain. It is a conjecture."

In OAY 194 you say in may 1966, the USA broke (despite the USAF) the Grey 1954 pact. In 312 97 you say in 1964, Israel and the Vatican contributed to break the 1954 Grey basic agreement. When was the Grey 1954 pact broken?

The pact between the USA/USAF and the Grays was called into question in 1964, when the Orion Overlords landed with their own ship. It really ended on May 31, 1966, when the USA ratified the new agreement. Some USAF officers suffered strange heart attacks or strokes that same day.

In letter NR17, NABGAA 112 wrote: "Other reasons nevertheless lead us to extend the bundle of presumptions that allow us to reaffirm our effective presence on Earth, in order to oblige your official bodies to give a positive answer to a simple request which we consider absolutely legitimate. These bodies undeniably know of our extraterrestrial nature, without however deigning to regard us as reliable interlocutors, a behaviour we cannot accept as rational. Consequently, the phase of contacts, including reports sent to a few Earthlings scattered around the world as well as deliberately visible incursions of our OUEWA (spacecraft) into your airspace, will continue to accelerate progressively until we obtain responses from your Governments".

In earlier letters, and later in tweets, they had told us of the death of several of their brothers on Earth, and specifically of the death of ADAA 66 and YU 1 in a tragic accident that allowed one (or more) of our governments to seize their bodies. They have also told us that they repeatedly asked for those bodies to be returned, without result.

The current legend in the header of the account, in which they tell us "Our private requests having been heard and granted", seems to indicate that our governments (we can imagine which government they mean) have at last accepted this request, but apparently on the express condition that they leave our planet Earth.

 

With all the above, we understand that the two images that have given life to the account's avatar in recent days are meant to reflect the real appearance of those two OEMMII, ADAA 66, son of ADAA 65, and YU 1, daughter of AIM 358, who died tragically on our planet. Honour to them.

 

We join here in all the expressions of affection and esteem for these friends who have selflessly remained on our planet for (almost) 75 years on a mission of help, collaborating with those two other friendly races from the systems HD 191408 and HD 165341. We trust and hope that they may soon be among us again.

On 28 December 2024, a new change to OAY's profile, with a banner showing a third human figure in front of the monolith. For various reasons (OAY's likes and other indications) we have deduced that the two previous images correspond to YU 1 and ADAA 66, both of whom died on Earth and whose bodies have apparently at last been handed over to the Ummites, who will probably return them to UMMO to carry out their ritual transmutation into helium in the presence of their loved ones. Peace to them.

The new figure looks like an adolescent male, but if we look closely at his features, he bears a strong resemblance to ADAA 66. Perhaps it is an image of ADAA 66 when he was young, or perhaps of some descendant with a strong physical likeness.

In addition, there is a change in the distribution of its members:
