THE REAL WAAM AND THE “ILLUSORY” WAAM (UNIVERSE) OF THE SENSES

It is very difficult for the OEMII (Man) to have an exact awareness of the true nature of the Physical World that surrounds us.

Apparently the mental images we have formed of this surrounding Medium may wrongly suggest to us that such a Physical World is as we “see” it, “touch” it or “smell” it.

But a careful analysis revealed both to the scientists of UMMO and to those of the EARTH and other Galactic civilizations (with a certain degree of culture), that our WAAM is not as our senses ordinarily present it. Thus: the vivid colours we appreciate in a flower bed are nothing but a beautiful psychological perception. Such chromatic richness does not exist (outside ourselves). Only a cold range of electromagnetic frequencies remains as the ultimate “substratum” of the experience.

The OEMII is the only being of the WAAM that goes beyond the limitations of its organism to understand that World, and uses the mind to achieve this by intellective means, since the organs of our bodily senses, the nerve pathways and the cortical mechanisms of synthesis and psychological perception completely falsify its reality.

Let us see an example of how our physiological organs distort the TRUTH, masking things with a beautiful garment, without which our WAAM (UNIVERSE), seen or appreciated as it really is, would present itself to us as a cold succession of IBOZOO UU (we shall explain this concept later) out of phase with one another.

When you take, for example, a pocket lighter between your fingers, you are aware (barring defined mental disturbances such as an individual’s twilight state) that THAT THING IS THERE: shiny, cold, elegant in its lines. If you exert a slight pressure on a button, a slender bluish little flame gracefully appears, due to the combustion of the butane as it emerges from the small-calibre nozzle.

“That thing” is therefore THERE, pressed between thumb and forefinger… it is not a Fiction, “That thing EXISTS”.

And yet that lighter is nothing but the naive perception of a simple person, who may have a low mental capacity to understand the WAAM in which he is immersed.

The Physicist of OYAGAA (Planet EARTH) could enlighten you much further about the humble pocket lighter. He would point out, for example, that you do not in fact TOUCH its surface despite the illusory evidence, since there are large relative distances between the atoms of the metal and the electron clouds of the atoms of the epidermis covering your fingers.

Perhaps some poorly educated earthly OEMII might timidly object that if that little piece of metal is not in contact with his own skin it is impossible for it to be held up and it would then “fall to the floor”. But the terrestrial scientist will speak to him of Force Fields, of Tensors, of Repulsions between negative electric charges.

He will also suggest that the low Temperature of the metal that produces that sensation of coldness is a consequence of the low amplitude of vibration of its molecules with respect to that of his epidermis.

And he will point out that the compact appearance of the chromed plate is illusory, since the atomic nuclei are separated from one another in much the same proportion as the stars of a Galaxy.

A terrestrial expert in Physiological Optics will warn you that the real brightness of the device is about ten times greater than the apparent one. That is to say, a true torch, but as its light passes through our eye, the crystalline lens and the vitreous humour absorb almost all the photons, so that a greatly diminished luminous energy reaches the retina.

The terrestrial physiologist will smile if you ask him how light reaches the cerebral cortex, and will clarify that LIGHT never reaches the neuroencephalon. That the photons, on striking the retina, provoke coded impulses that are transmitted along the neurons of the Optic nerve in the form of an electrical message, in code, so that the resemblance of the real Butane flame to the real message our brain receives from the retina is as close as that of a real COW grazing in a meadow TO THE LETTERS THAT MAKE UP ITS NAME.

And finally a neuropsychiatrist will indicate to you, very vaguely since he himself is unaware of many features of such a process, how the encephalon integrates the millions of coded impulses until it manages to fuse and synthesize them into a single perception. An illusory perception which is the only image we manage to obtain of the MYSTERIOUS LIGHTER THAT EXISTS OUTSIDE OURSELVES.

Indeed: That IMAGE OF THE LIGHTER WHICH IS SO FAMILIAR TO US resembles the REAL LIGHTER “as much as” the letters W-A-T-E-R-L-I-L-Y resemble the flower they seek to name.

The OEMII therefore needs to rid himself of the naive mental schemes about things, colours, sounds, etc. that he has been fixing in his brain since childhood. The man of each of the social groups we know, linked to the different OYAA (PLANETS) with whom we have had contact so far, including ourselves, the OEMII of the EARTH and of UMMO, have become aware of that need, and the scientists of the different civilizations are unravelling step by step the real foundations of our WAAM. To what extent have you achieved it? Is the mathematical model of the Universe presented by the Physicists of EARTH, with their Relativistic Theory, Quantum Mechanics and Statistical Mechanics, a faithful reflection of the TRUTH?

On presenting our THEORY of the WAAM to you, you will be able to judge the discrepancies.

We have observed that the Oemii (Man) of OYAGAA (EARTH), whom you call “the man in the street” or “mass man”, not initiated into the terrestrial scientific discipline of Physics, possesses a very primitive concept of Space and of the UNIVERSE which we call WAAM.

Since UUGEEYIE (CHILDHOOD) he has been educated to accept as valid that deformed image of the outer World which our senses offer us. Yes; he behaves like a UUGEE (CHILD) whom his parents shut in a room with bare spherical walls, and to whom his parents (without allowing him to see them) taught only the letters and syllables of a terrestrial language. The child could form the illusion, on contemplating the typographic characters, that the Furniture, the Animals, the trees and other objects expressed by those written signs have exactly the conventional shape of the letters that represent them.

The terrestrial OEMII therefore imagines SPACE as a “scalar continuum” in all directions. From this image of space you will elaborate [begun by EUCLID] a whole Geometry based on abstractions such as the POINT, the STRAIGHT LINE and the PLANE. You have ended up accepting that POINT PLANE and STRAIGHT LINE really represent although with an intellectual abstraction the true components of the WAAM.

That original flaw, still uncorrected, is costing you a considerable delay in the understanding of the Physical World.

Indeed: While you were naively accepting the existence of a three-dimensional Euclidean SPACE, distinguished terrestrial Mathematicians such as Gauss, Riemann, Bolyai and Lobatschewsky brilliantly intuited the possibility of extending Euclid’s restricted criteria by elaborating a new Geometry for an n-Space, and although a man’s mind cannot mentally perceive the image of a body of more than three dimensions, the aid of Mathematics overcomes that intellectual obstacle very easily.

But do those mathematical models of multidimensional elliptic and hyperbolic Geometries correspond to the reality of our WAAM, or are they merely entelechies created by mathematicians?

The relativistic hypothesis of the German EINSTEIN adheres in principle to the criterion of the Russian Minkowski, who conceives Time as one more dimension, intuiting a four-dimensional space-Universe. The terrestrial Oemii has thus taken a gigantic step in breaking with the mean and intuitive image of a three-dimensional Cosmos.

But Is our SPACE-COSMOS then like that? (it matters little whether we agree on the existence of two, three, four or N dimensions).

Our answer is of particular gravity for the Physicists of the Earth, who struggle, embarrassed, in search of the genuine model of SPACE.

Our image of the UAM (COSMOS), that is to say of SPACE, differs in its very foundations from the one you have elaborated. It is precisely in the concept of dimension that the discrepancy begins to show itself gravely.

Moreover: the contradictions you observe in relativistic Physics and quantum Mechanics are the product of a flaw of origin. They are the consequence of basic and fundamental errors of concept.

At this point we need a digression in order to offer you some observations

In the first place, to have you note that our conception of Space, differing essentially from that of the terrestrials, requires mathematical foundations different from yours. It is not that our mathematical symbols are different, since naturally such a superficial obstacle is easily overcome by careful transcription (change from base 12 to decimal numeration base, etc.). But it is not easy for you to understand our algorithms of WUA WAAM (MATHEMATICS OF PHYSICAL SPACE) without first following a complex course of initiation that would require many months of study for those initiated in terrestrial mathematics. There is a reason: when it comes to analysing the properties of Space, the normal postulates of mathematical Logic familiar both to you and to us, ARE OF NO USE TO US. As you know, formal Logic accepts the criterion called by terrestrials LAW OF THE EXCLUDED MIDDLE (according to which every proposition is necessarily FALSE or  TRUE) In our WUUA WAAM this postulate must be rejected. We then resort to a type of Multivalued Logic called by our specialists UUWUUA lES (TETRAVALENT MATHEMATICAL LOGIC), according to which every proposition will indistinctly adopt four values:  AIOOYAA (TRUTH),  AIOOYEEDOO (FALSE),  AIOOYA AMMIE (may be translated as: TRUE OUTSIDE THE WAAM),  AIOOYAU (Untranslatable into a terrestrial Language).

Nevertheless, still availing ourselves of divalent Terrestrial Logic (also used by us in our daily life or in the study of macrophysical phenomena), we can offer you the concepts of the WAAM. We shall therefore try to confine ourselves to a system in which Infinitesimal Calculus, Integral Calculus, Topology, Vector and Tensor Calculus, Graph Theory and Operations Research, so familiar to terrestrials, are all valid.

For this reason, in this report, when we find ourselves obliged to use some mathematical algorithm we shall endeavour to make it familiar to you, using the algebraic instruments and other notations familiar to you.

We gave serious thought, when the Spanish gentleman Enrique Villagrasa requested from us by telephone channel a report concerning our conception of SPACE and of our psychological sensations during the interval of our voyages in the UEWA OEMM (INTRAGALACTIC TRAVEL SHIPS), to the appropriateness or inappropriateness of revealing these concepts to you. Until now we had not sent this kind of information to any Terrestrial scientist, since the theoretical developments sent to various mathematicians and Physicists were directed towards other fields of Microphysics and of the Mathematical Theory of networks.

The PRESENT discovery by terrestrial scientists of this concept would provoke a counterproductive advance (because disproportionate) of PHYSICS, which could translate into technological applications EXTREMELY DANGEROUS at the present stage of the unbalanced TERRESTRIAL SOCIAL NETWORK.

We have finally chosen to reveal cautiously to you some aspects of our Theory of the UXGIGIIAM WAAM (REAL PHYSICAL SPACE).

These paragraphs will present no risk to you, if we reserve certain demonstrations and conceal from you some aspects of it. In that way any hypothetical terrestrial scientist who may read us will, in sound formal Logic, resist accepting a testimony which, coming from an extraterrestrial OEMII, will seem to him the fruit of a fantasy. There will therefore be no danger of your showing these typed sheets to your brothers.

After what we have just said, you will probably be able to put an important question to us:

Naturally, if we refrain from formulating the pertinent demonstrations, for obvious reasons of an ethical nature, you will do perfectly well to remain faithful to those models of current terrestrial PHYSICS.

As for us, WE ARE CERTAIN that our MODEL based on the concept of IBOZOO UU (we shall explain this concept later) is real, because the experimental results fit perfectly into its framework. The fact that we manage to make voyages by means of a change of the three-dimensional system of reference, allowing us to move within our Galaxy by resorting to modifying the phases of what you call subatomic particles (which, as you will see, are nothing but IBOZOO UU oriented in a peculiar way) endorses our Theory of the WAAM once again.

But moreover our THEORY coincides (save for secondary features) with the Theses elaborated by other civilizations settled on as many OYAA (PLANETS) which have had contact with us and are at an advanced stage of their science.

OUR THEORY OF THE UXGIGIIAMM WAAM (SPACE)

When our brothers arrived in the terrestrial year 1950 on OYAGAA and, once the French language was known, had access for the first time to the BIBLIOTHEQUE located at 58 Rue de Richelieu in Paris, they were surprised to read the first bound texts of terrestrial Mathematics, seeing how concepts such as POINT, STRAIGHT LINE and PLANE were still being considered by you as mere abstractions of a reality underlying the UNIVERSE.

This rigid mathematical model of SPACE does not entirely satisfy many present-day PHYSICISTS: this is true, although many others also continue to accept the existence of that SPACE independently of the matter and energy contained in it.

You terrestrials then elaborate another fiction: “PHASE space”. For you, real SPACE contains SUBATOMIC PARTICLES (another fallacy, as we shall see further on).

You postulate that each PARTICLE (NEUTRON, MESON, etc.) must occupy at a given instant a position (POINT), but you need to define the particle not only in its position but in its QUANTITY OF MOTION.

Our conception of UXGIGIAM (SPACE) is radically different. Beginning with the very concept of DIMENSION, which differs from the idea you have mentally formed.

We shall try (as a concession to those brothers of yours little familiar with WUUA (MATHEMATICS)) to use symbolic and didactic concepts:

You conceive a UNIVERSE formed by a SCALAR SPACE (image 1).

That is to say: a space such as it presents itself to our senses, in which the image of DIMENSION entails the IMAGE of a STRAIGHT LINE or SCALAR

Space would therefore present itself to us as “an IMMENSE VOLUME” and the COSMOS will be for you something like a SPHERE of positive curvature (image 2) or negative (image 3). The most intelligent among terrestrials suppose a curvature at least within a fourth dimension and identify the WAAM with the multidimensional space of RIEMANN.

Our Universe would then be like a positive or negative HYPERSPHERE, but ALWAYS with YOU IDENTIFYING DIMENSION with a STRAIGHT LINE or SCALAR.

Within that Model of COSMOS you place the particles, the atoms forming Galaxies, the gravitational, Magnetic and Electrostatic FIELDS, Energy in short. (Image 4).

We, on the contrary, know that the WAAM (COSMOS) is made up of a network of IBOZOO UU. We conceive SPACE as an associated set of angular factors (image 5).

For us the STRAIGHT LINE does not exist in SPACE, as we shall explain later; in that way the CONCEPT of OAWOO (DIMENSION) takes on a different sense for us. Such dimensions are associated not with SCALAR MAGNITUDES but with ANGULAR MAGNITUDES (It is curious, for example, to note that the Physicists of the Earth in their blindness do not attribute dimensional character to the angle).

if you were UUGEEYIE (CHILDREN) in a School, we would perhaps use a crude simile. The Universe “is like a swarm of dragonflies” whose wings form different angles (image 6).

All those dragonflies flutter about in such a way that NOT ONE presents an orientation of its wings similar to that of another of its sisters. Expressed another way: there will not be a single pair of dragonflies that at a given instant could be superimposed so that their wings and abdomen coincide.

But this image is, as we say, excessively crude and distant in its analogy. In the first place each dragonfly occupies a place in space at each instant t. That is to say: its centres of gravity and of Inertia occupy defined points (according to our illusory conception). An IBOZOO UU OCCUPIES NO DEFINED POSITION, WE CANNOT SAY OF IT that there is a probability of its being located at a point. The IBOZOO UU IEN AIOOYAA (1) (EXISTS).

(1) IEN (Pair-two).

On the other hand this flying insect has MASS and VOLUME. (At least for our mind) The IBOZOO UU is not a Particle endowed with MASS or corporeal. In a first conceptual approximation we could say of it that it is a BEAM of ORIENTED AXES. What matters least about such a BEAM (image 7) is precisely its axes (a mathematical Fiction), but rather the angles that those axes form.

The dragonflies of our infinite swarm lived in TIME; they move, in short intervals of time, infinitesimal distances. The IBOZOO UU does not exist in TIME. IT ITSELF; IS TIME (precisely one of its angles is the magnitude TIME, as we shall explain in another report with further clarifications). To be more exact: what we would call

                        INFINITESIMAL INTERVAL OF TIME

is nothing but (image 8) a difference of angular orientation between two LINKED IBOZOO.

If after this brief explanation you have conceived our Theory of Space by imagining, for example, that Space is a “dense mass of particles similar to atoms”, you are in error, since the particles of a gas as you conceive it occupy probabilistic positions within an enclosure, whereas the IBOZOO UU do not.

Nor should you identify such space with the old terrestrial concept of the ETHER banished by the Theory of relativity, since the NETWORK of IBOZOO UU is not any elastic medium in which the atoms of bodies are immersed.

THE CONCEPT OF THE IBOZOO UU

Let us explain it somewhat to those OEMII little familiar with Mathematics: naturally an IBOZOO UU is NOT “VISIBLE”, not even with the aid of the most fantastic apparatus you could imagine in a laboratory. You could however object to us: “How do the scientists of UMMO know that this entity exists if they have not managed to detect it?” The use of the word “detection” is here inappropriate. If we have come to infer the existence of the IBOZOO UU, it is because the Physical Model elaborated with its hypothesis satisfies so far all the explanations, all the problems of the behaviour of Matter and Energy, and what is more: it offers a plausible path of interpretation for extrasensory phenomena such as telepathic communications through the BUUAWEE BIAEEI (COLLECTIVE HUMAN SPIRIT).

TIME AND THE MAGNETIC, GRAVITATIONAL AND ELECTROSTATIC FIELDS.

But the IBOZOO UU is something more than a factor that interprets the genuine sense of cosmic distances. Our WAAM (UNIVERSE) is a Whole in whose framework we can appreciate multiple factors that appear to our sensory organs and to our physical instruments as static Fields of forces. Thus we register the presence of a nearby star by the influence it exerts on a different mass. We then define such influence as a gravitational field; or else we detect trains of electromagnetic waves whose sources of radiation may be artificial, such as those generated in a terrestrial Television station, or may come from a Nebula whose plasma ions move alternately. The Universe presents itself to us as the sub-base of a series of phenomena as familiar as Velocity, Force or the slow flow of Time.

In particular, this magnitude TIME is of singular importance to us. In the forthcoming typed pages we shall send you, we shall try to shed light on this matter for you. We shall indicate to you, for example, that time may be assimilated to a series of IBOZOO UU whose axes are oriented orthogonally with respect to the OAWOO (RADIUS VECTORS) that imply distances, it being possible, if the inversion of axes is suitable, that an observer in his new frame of reference appreciates as distance what in the old referential system was assessed as an interval of time.

You will then understand why an event occurring at a great distance from us (for example on UMMO) can never be SIMULTANEOUS with another terrestrial one. You will also understand why a hypothetical object moving at the limiting velocity (you call it the Velocity of LIGHT) would shorten its distance along the axis of translation until it was reduced to a pair of IBOZOO UU (a Distance which, although it tends to zero, is not null, as one of the transformations of LORENTZ (terrestrial Mathematician) erroneously suggests).

You will also understand that what you call an atomic SUBPARTICLE, such as a NEUTRINO, a MESON or an ANTIPROTON, with diverse assignments of mass, charge and spin, are nothing but multiple orientations of the IBOZOO UU itself (so that if terrestrial physicists continue devoted to the detection, assessment and classification of all possible subparticles, billions of years would not suffice to achieve it, since such a task of classification is as sterile as seeking names for each of the infinite angles from which we can contemplate a star throughout a day).

THE AXIAL NETWORK OF THE IBOZOO UU.

Observe that step by step we are adjusting ourselves ever more faithfully to the authentic concept of IBOZOO UU defined by our specialists of UMMO. We have thought that offering you a genuine definition from the outset would excessively confuse the didactic character of these paragraphs, if we bear in mind that there exists on Planet Earth no Theory that approaches ours in its formulation.

Observe also that in translating such a definition, we have expressed that the IBOZOO UU comprises a BEAM OF ORTHOGONAL AXES THAT CANNOT INTERSECT ONE ANOTHER. This is very difficult to understand if you continue to maintain the classical mental image of Euclidean SPACE with its mesh of points and straight lines.

the radius vectors intersect at the centre of the sphere (POINT OF A EUCLIDEAN SPACE conceived by terrestrials)

naturally, if the IBOZOO UU were like a sphere or a hypersphere (IMAGE 16), within it the different axes could INTERSECT AT A POINT (for example the radius vectors would intersect at the centre). Such a mathematical model therefore WILL NOT TRULY REPRESENT THE IBOZOO UU.

For this reason, in choosing the model of a sphere in our description, we seek only to achieve a more faithful translation of concepts, using the algorithms, mathematical notations and geometric concepts very familiar to terrestrials (something similar to what you usually do when, for reasons of simplification, you consider the globe of Planet Earth as an ideal sphere, even while being aware that it is a (deformed) ellipsoid of revolution (isosceles triaxial ellipsoid)).

Let us therefore suppose a SPHERE (IMAGE 16) which would constitute one of the infinite meridian HYPERPLANES of a HYPERSPHERE of order N = 4. (If you are not familiar with this concept, imagine that if we call meridian Plane the section of a sphere passing through its centre, the sphere being of order N = 3, then for a HYPERSPHERE of 4 dimensions its “section” would be precisely a figure of N-1 dimensions, that is to say a sphere.)

It is necessary that you recall the concept of angle in a HYPERSPACE

two HYPERPLANES defined by the coordinates U = (U₀ U₁ U₂ ... Un) and V = (V₀ V₁ V₂ .... V_n)

The angle (in which) between these

two HYPERPLANES P and Q, is defined by

In which Є = +1 since we are supposing a HYPERSPHERE of positive Curvature (the case of the fictitious model of the IBOZOO UU).

(We recall the difference between a SPHERE of positive curvature (IMAGE 17) and a spherical Surface of negative curvature (image 18), which help to understand the concepts of HYPERSPHERE of curvatures Є = +1 and Є = -1

Now then: When  = -1 we consider that both HYPERPLANES are orthogonal.

If you substitute the concept of OOAWOO (linear Radius VECTOR of our previous more simplistic model) with that of HYPERPLANE of order N=4, and suppose these reference HYPERPLANES not in the IBOZOO UU under study itself but in another linked to it, we can imagine three direction cosines which we shall call

Which will define for us as many angles () which we define as IOAWOO (DIMENSIONAL ANGLES) which will each define for us the respective values of three-dimensional space as we conceive it. It is assumed that an infinitesimal variation in the value of these direction cosines implies a linked pair of IBOZOO UU.

Having reached this point, to some brothers of yours with more elementary mathematical training, that pedagogic image of a WAAM (UNIVERSE) represented by an immense “swarm of dragonflies” will seem more suggestive.

You may suppose that those archipterous insects are multicolomloured, despite being infinite, it may be evident to us that there is not a single pair having the same tone of colour. We can see them fluttering in such a way that we never know where one of them is at that instant, for it is at once here and everywhere at the same time. They are green, Magenta, Orange, Blue, purple, bistre, vermilion, golden, all mixed together.

Let us suppose that we have an organ of Vision so acute and special that at a glance we can locate all the millions of dragonflies of a single colour: Green for example, and that moreover our brain is so developed that it is capable of ordering them by shades, from the LIGHT GREEN to the least luminous... But here the brain plays a nasty trick on us. Instead of perceiving an ordered host of insects forming a rich range of greenish tones, we contemplate a cold and abstract straight line: the pair of light green dragonflies, the most luminous, acquires for our brain the prosaic character of the nearest end of that very long line segment. The pair of dragonflies of murky greenish blue will be represented to us as the distant limiting point of that immense straight line. (IMAGE 19)

In order to understand our PHYSICAL Model of the WAAM, terrestrials must outline mental images other than those which since childhood have become commonplace for you. They must study other plurivalent forms of mathematical Logic, they must understand that that image of a Physical World made up of atoms within which are integrated a multitude of atomic subparticles occupying at each instant probabilistic positions is an insufficient and poorly defined TRUTH; they must reject that absurd mental image whereby the movement of a subparticle travelling at an instantaneous velocity V is the material passage of that same particle from a POINT P to another adjacent P’ distant from it by an infinitesimal space, in an elementary interval of time dt. So as to make way for the real concept of velocity, which implies diverse rotations in two linked IBOZOO UU, by which the first IBOZOO UU of the pair, on inverting its axes, ceases to present itself to us as a subatomic particle, while the second orients its OAWOO (AXES, RADIUS VECTORS) so as to become a subparticle (as you call them) identical to the previous one (an illusory effect of translation is thus produced, something like two terrestrial conjurors ten metres apart on a stage, one of them putting a marked rabbit into his pocket and his companion drawing it a few instants later out of his own. Any intelligent person would understand that the rabbit has not travelled through the air, and that these are two identical rigged rabbits).

We find it surprising to observe that, after the Physicists of the Earth have exhaustively studied wave Mechanics and observed that all phenomena that are a function of time can ultimately be reduced to a series of sinusoidal, that is to say CYCLICAL, functions, they have not intuited an angular WAAM (Universe) angular, clinging to the (rigid) scalar mathematical Model postulated by Euclid and his successors.

A correction of these concepts at the social hour the Earth is living through at this moment would not be at all favourable for you. It is better that the Physicists of the Earth should discover the truth more slowly, giving time for spiritual values to give way to the aggressive instincts of certain economic oligarchies that reign in certain countries.
