We answer one of the questions:
337. FREE WILL AND DETERMINISM.
In the Report on BUUAWAA (SPIRIT), pages 
corresponding to SECTION 337 FREEDOM IN THE WILL OF THE HUMAN MAN, and on page 
and 
of SECTION 337 RESPONSIBILITY OF MAN BEFORE WOA (These last pages have not yet been sent to you, to give you time to study the previously mentioned ones and the rest of the accessory reports), your question is answered in part. We therefore summarise and expand what has been explained.
The OEMII (PHYSICAL BODY of MAN), being the macrophysical entity that it is, obeys the same physical laws (all of them, without exception, of a statistical nature) as any other body in nature, such as a rock.
If you fall over a precipice, the trauma or injuries caused to your skeletal system, to your cellular tissues,... are DETERMINED by INFLEXIBLE LAWS. We rightly say that your body behaves with DETERMINISTIC finalism. As DETERMINISTIC as the rock that shatters into hundreds of particles as it falls. (Read page 
of the said REPORT: SECTION 337 THE BUAWAA/OEMII INTERACTION (Which we have not yet sent you).
But note: There is a great difference between an OEMII (HUMAN BODY) and a rock, and it is not precisely the complexity of its organism, for an Electronic Computer is also complex and yet it is governed by DETERMINISTIC Laws.
The point is that in that marvel of an organism that WOA has generated, the OEMIII, its millions of complicated cells, its multitude of organs, its Neuronal and arterial Network, that perfect skeletal mechanism. All of it, in short:
CAN BE CONTROLLED BY A SINGLE IBOAYA OU (QUANTUM OF ENERGY) OR BY A SINGLE ELECTRON (It is enough to stimulate a few Neurons of the cortex with voltages of 0.0004 microvolts to provoke enormous convulsions throughout the organism).
See then how a microphysical particle, infinitely small, So small that at its level the dimension length lacks sense and meaning, IS CAPABLE OF CONTROLLING A WHOLE LARGE BODY (See page 
of the report referred to).
Even more: Both the Physicists of Earth and the Cosmologists of UMMO agree that the “QUANTA of ENERGY”, as you call them,
ARE NOT GOVERNED BY PHYSICAL LAWS; THAT IS, IT MAKES NO SENSE TO SPEAK OF A DETERMINISM IN THE “BEHAVIOUR”, FOR EXAMPLE, OF AN ORBITAL ELECTRON IN A FREE ATOM; RATHER, IT IS CHANCE THAT PLAYS ITS PART IN THIS CASE.
Hence the conduct of man, which in turn CAN BE, AND IN FACT FREQUENTLY IS, CONDITIONED by the FREE behaviour of those “QUANTA” of Energy, CAN BE, and in FACT WILL BE, FREE in many of his ACTS.
In states of hypnosis, under the influence of an infectious invasion, when his neurocortical system is altered by a nervous disorder, in states of panic, starvation... there is no doubt that the organism is governed by biological or Physical laws. In these cases, then:
HIS CONDUCT IS DETERMINED, and man is neither FREE nor responsible for his acts.
But in many other cases the BUUAWA (SOUL), through a microphysical element or factor such as one of the KRYPTON ATOMS that make up the OEMBUUAW (THIRD FACTOR OF MAN) (You would do well to read the paragraphs of the report contained on pages
), can govern the conduct of Man, and then he is responsible before WOA if he infringes His UAA (MORAL LAW).
In order to understand all this it is very important that you meditate on the Principle of INDETERMINACY in the behaviour of microphysical factors. What would happen, for example, if the QUANTA of ENERGY were constrained by rigid and inviolable Laws?
Then the BUUAWAA (SOUL) would be incapable of controlling them in the case of KRYPTON, since that would mean violating PHYSICAL LAWS imposed by WOA (GENERATOR or GOD). In that way the soul could not control the human body, and logically our conduct would be DETERMINED by those BIOLOGICAL laws.
Free will would be a fiction, an illusion; but we have shown above that this is not so.
A doubt might remain after reading this report, since we have asserted that in the MICROPHYSICAL World the Principle of INDETERMINACY or of CHANCE holds sway, but we have not PROVED it.
That is because on EARTH this principle is already accepted in Nuclear Physics; and, in elementary form, we can add little to a Study whose Theory has been accepted by the Terrestrials themselves.
One of your Physicists, Werner Heisenberg, formulated this Uncertainty Principle some time ago. That Theory of Quantum Mechanics is shared by us, except for small errors of Form and interpretation.
We are sometimes asked questions that the Physicists of Earth themselves can answer. For that reason we do not dwell further on the Subject.
We trust that the day you discover this third FACTOR of man, the OEMBUUAW, made up of Krypton atoms, the doubts that may remain about accepting the principle of FREE WILL in the OEMMII (Body) will be cleared up for you.
337. GENERATION BY WOA OF THE BUUAWE BIAEI.
WOA (GENERATOR, or GOD as you call Him), among His infinite congenital ideas, that is, ideas that coexist with His essence, conceives that of a BEING which, lacking Dimensions (VOLUME, TIME, etc.), is in turn incapable of generating other BEINGS, but is capable of generating ideas. This spirit must logically possess freedom. (Note that if it were not endowed with this prerogative -FREEDOM- the first postulate attributable to it:
IT CANNOT GENERATE OTHER BEINGS BUT IT CAN GENERATE IDEAS
would be incompatible, since, lacking freedom, the IDEAS would have to be attributed to WOA. On the other hand it is evident that such a Being could not generate other beings, for it would become a duplicate of WOA (WOA cannot generate such a BEING).
That SPIRIT is the BUAWE BIAEI or COLLECTIVE SOUL of HUMANS.
We have said that every COMPATIBLE IDEA of WOA must be GENERATED. Therefore: Simultaneously with the creation of the WAAM this SPIRIT was generated.
A serious objection could be raised against the nature of BUAWE BIAEI: If this spirit generates unique ideas, products of a single Consciousness, will it not be, in spite of everything, similar to WOA? And even: Would such ideas not end up materialising, being excreted...?
That objection is unjustified, precisely because BUAWE BIAEI possesses an enormous multiplicity of consciousnesses, each one in turn capable of engendering polymorphous and contradictory ideas. These consciousnesses we call:
337. BUUAWAA (called SOULS by the Terrestrials).
