DAILY LIFE ON UMMO.
Once the interval of eating, or breakfast as you would say, is over, the family begins the period of rest during which a sober dialogue takes place among the adult members of the group. Incidents at work are commented on, and subjects related to ideological or scientific advances are discussed at a level that always corresponds, naturally, to the intellectual training and intelligence of the speakers.
In this respect we must point out to you that for one and the same UMMOGAEOAO DII (Professional psychotechnical assessment), that is, for similar psychophysiological aptitudes in a group of inhabitants of UMMO, all of them receive the same training and for the same period of time in the teaching colony of the UNAWO WI. It is now 246 UIW. The brief interval of rest, of pan-family union, is over. You would call it the after-dinner chat, and the husband must leave for his place of work, which may be many KOAE away. He quickly undresses in an adjoining room, sprays his teeth, rinses his mouth with antiseptic solutions and performs a series of similar quick operations to protect his eyes, ears, nostrils, armpits, groin and genital organ, anus and ankles, after which he takes out a newly made garment suited to the nature of his work. We wish to summarize for you the ordinary means of traction on UMMO
Except in cases where traction in contact with the ground is indispensable (such as certain applications in Earthmoving, hydraulic Construction, underground power cultivation etc.), the movement of persons from one point to another of a Communications NETWORK is carried out by two procedures very widespread on our Planet.
The first of them is a system we classify as of the YEDDO AYUU type (LACKING A LINKED NETWORK or ORGANIZATION). It takes the form of units fitted to the human body, called OEMMIIUEWA, which allow a person to move from one point to another through the air and with a low ceiling (Maximum height 30 ENMOO -About 56 metres-). We use them when we have to cover distances that are not too great, and almost never for short journeys, for which of course locomotion is never used and we use our feet, as you do.
Movements under these conditions; (We refer to the personal OEMIIUEWA units) are not controlled by the XANMOO AYUBAA (NETWORK of COMPUTERS). On the contrary, the individual using one has to control its guidance continuously, as you do with your passenger cars, the only difference being that no manual controls are used (Such as steering wheel, pedals, buttons etc., but simple coded acoustic commands).
But the vehicle par excellence used on our Planet is undoubtedly the GOONIIOADOO UEWA (IMAGE 16). Its shape may remind you of certain futuristic machines designed for travel, or of some modern cars with an aerodynamic profile.

The traction procedure used is based on a principle that is very old for us but which has not been essentially modified, for the simple reason that its system, which has nothing to do with the one we use for our sidereal voyages in the OAWOOLEA UEWA (SPACESHIPS), is very efficient for long-distance travel within the Atmosphere.
The traction system consists of a BUUTZ (ENGINE) of GOONNIAOADOO (SPECIAL STATE OF MATTER THAT IS NOT SOLID; LIQUID OR GAS), whose diagram and elementary description we enclose separately (IMAGE 17), and whose only fuel is Xenon Tetrafluoride.
These vehicles travel at a very low height, always following the contours of geographical features and always keeping at the same level with respect to geographical and artificial features. (0.3 ENMOO. About 0.56 metres above the ground), so that even in the event of an accident; an emergency whose probability we have reduced to 0.0007, the travellers suffer no appreciable injuries.
Their remote guidance is controlled by the XANMOO AYUBAA (WORLD NETWORK OF COMPUTERS) simultaneously with the vehicle's detection equipment, which at every instant monitors not only the meteorological parameters and the presence of static obstacles, but the probable direction of other vehicles travelling nearby. It likewise avoids the “buried” XAABII (DWELLINGS), which can emerge rapidly and would cause regrettable collisions.
Thus there disappeared from our landscape the old roads or tracks along which, in times now historical, travelled those ancient NOIA UEWA (IMAGE 18), which moved by means of articulated feet (THE ANTHROPOMORPHISM OF TECHNOLOGY PREVENTED THE ORDINARY USE OF THE WHEEL AS A MEANS OF TRAVEL), over road surfaces or tracks that differ from your roads in that they were built by stabilizing the ground through the addition, to soil of a clearly clayey composition, of synthetic silicates and aluminates, so that the wearing course, instead of consisting, as on the motorways of the Planet Earth, of conglomerates of aggregates and bituminous substances such as asphalt, was treated with a paving of silicon dioxide melted at a temperature of about 1700º (earth degrees centigrade) until a thick, homogeneous, crystallized and rough layer was obtained, resistant to abrasion and to the static and dynamic loads of the vehicles travelling over it.

But these tracks spoiled the beauty of the landscape to an extraordinary degree. Our Civilization seemed doomed, in its industrial and urban-planning orientations, to corrupt the aesthetics of nature, and our ancestors took the decision to eliminate communication networks kept on the surface, promoting instead underground means of transport. Thus new techniques arose for transporting raw materials or crude substances. For example, minerals were pulverized at the points of extraction and, mixed with foams of inert chemical products, are transported through pipelines. Other, denser substances are carried along other conduits using turbulent currents of water, fatty acids and liquid Helium at very low temperature. Certain binders similar to earthly cements, which we use mixed with plastic products in our buildings, are conveyed by a very strong air current that carries them in the form of an AEROSOL (ELECTROSTATICALLY CHARGED DUST IN SUSPENSION). Our subsoil is thus saturated with very vast networks of pipelines and conduits, some of which have to carry currents of Plasma whose temperatures within the central vortices reach up to two million degrees centigrade. (You may suppose that there are no pipe walls capable of channelling so hot an ionized gas without evaporating, and that we resort to gaseous envelopes whose thermal gradient decreases radially, falling near the walls to 1200 earth degrees.
The structure of our landscapes was saved. We men devoted ourselves to improving the relief of the countryside even further. New forests were created; steep geographical features were raised to give a wilder appearance to certain arid lands. Channels with the morphology of rivers were created, not for energy or irrigation purposes but to transform certain desert areas aesthetically. New species of plants with showy flowers were created in the phytotechnical laboratories, and the plan for the protection of wild animal species was rationalized throughout UMMO, exercising strict control over those whose disappearance was considered imminent, all of this synchronized at that time with the grandiose biological Plan aimed at eliminating all varieties of pathogenic viruses from UMMO.
Man was at last able to rid himself of one of the most serious defects he carried along with cultural progress. Estrangement from nature. Spiritual identification with the WAAM (COSMOS) generated by the Divine WOA (GENERATOR OR GOD). Our brothers of those times, and we in our Era, could thus complete our biological development, alternating our vital processes between the comforts afforded us by the techniques applied in our dwellings (XAABII) and the old Nature represented by the proud rocks caressed by the branches of the NAANAA, the IGUU or the OAXAUXAA (Typical trees of UMMO), and by the old volcanoes that hurl immense incandescent columns of Pentane-Oxygen and give the nights of UMMO an impressive appearance.
And this intimate contact with Nature further stimulates our religious closeness to WOA and helps us to pray and to evolve in our philosophical thought, which is more pragmatic than yours but no less profound for that.
DESCRIPTION OF A BUUTZ of GOONNIAOADOO (IMAGE 17)
The principle of this BUUTZ has been well known on our Planet since a team of technicians under the orders of YUIXAA 36 developed it in the XEE (YEAR OF UMMO) 5476 of the second Time. The later modifications introduced affect only the control of the process, which today is carried out by means of a XANMOO (NUCLEAR COMPUTER with TITANIUM MEMORY).
Although the diagram drawn is very sketchy and does not include the auxiliary self-control units, it will suitably illustrate its operation for you.
The BUUTZ works on the basis of a GOONNIAOADOO thermal generator that causes the sudden expansion of previously liquefied air. The oxygen and Nitrogen, now gasified, come out through a nozzle (
) and are projected against the ground, which by reaction produces the aerodynamic balance of the vehicle.
Let us analyse the process:
In the image you can see a toroidal chamber. This unit (
) transforms XENON Gas into GOONNIAOADOO, a state of the Gas in which, at an extremely high temperature, the atoms remain in the form of NIIOADOO (IONS). The Temperature within the toroidal current reaches 1,600,000 Earth degrees C. in a gaseous environment whose circular or annular filament has a diameter of barely 3 earth microns.
The XENON gas needed for operation is stored in the form of crystals of Xenon tetrafluoride (F4 Xe) in the chamber ( 
). Do not be surprised that we mention this chemical compound, it being a noble gas (as you call it), believing that it cannot combine with other chemical elements. However, you will not find it difficult to obtain these crystals by heating to only 400 degrees a mixture of Fluorine and Xenon in a chamber of Nickel metal. Small crystals are obtained which are soluble in water and sublimate easily. We use many compounds of Helium, Krypton and Radon.
The Xenon tetrafluoride is decomposed in the Unit ( 
), the Xenon passing to the said Toroidal Reactor, while the Fluorine is channelled to the Regenerator (
), being first stored at high pressure in the chamber (

When the engine is stopped the Xenon gas is recovered through the duct (
) to be synthesized again in the form of Tetrafluoride in (

The energy supplied by the Plasma Chamber (
) is channelled to the EXPANDER ( 
). It is at this point that the air, previously liquefied by the unit (

), expands violently and is projected downwards through the Nozzle (

The unit ( 
) is a Xenon preheater and ( 
) a NUCLEAR ACTIVATOR FOR THE FORMATION OF THE GOONNIAOADOO, which works on a self-resonance basis.
There is a technical reason for using a Xenon compound instead of the pure gas. It is that when this compound is decomposed at high temperature a fraction of its atoms remain ionized, a phenomenon that does not occur in the free state of this kind of inert gas.
