Dear Jorge Barrenechea and your wife Carmen María

As you will remember, in the telephone conversation you had with one of my brothers you asked him to send you a report about UMMOWOA. It is true that, except for a document sent to your brothers on the Continent of America, drafted in similar terms, we had preferred not to dwell excessively on a historical subject that also affects you through the figure, sacred to you, of Jesus. And we acted thus so as not to wound your religious feelings excessively.

It is true that in a remote historical period UMMOWOA appeared among the inhabitants of UMMO surrounded by a mystical aura; WOOAYII UMMOWOA could be translated something like “divine UMMOWOA”. Although no institutionalized religion developed around his memory, as happened on OYAGAA (Star Earth).

Modern Cosmobiophysics shed sufficient light on that grandiose phenomenon, which is no less marvellous for being based on cosmological laws.

But it must be pointed out that the emotional connotations and the biophysical interpretation of that event are very far from the notion you have elaborated of the historical fact of the birth of Jesus (Which, as we shall explain to you, is similar to that of UMMOWOA).

For you the figure of Jesus is “Divine” and is surrounded by mystical-religious connotations. It would be a supernatural, theological fact, and in that context it is understandable that even a Church should be established.

As you will see in the attached typewritten pages, the phenomenon of an OEMMIWOA falls within a Scientific-Biological framework, explainable when one has a holistic conception of the WAAM-WAAM. That an OEMMIWOA should arise in the course of biological evolution is as logical and necessary as that a rock should be gravitationally attracted by a Star.

For this reason, to a religious spirit of Earth the notion of an OEMMIWOA turns out cold; it will generate disenchantment in him, and perhaps disappoint him, among other things because the image of WOA that we accept has nothing to do with the theological notion that many religions of Earth have forged of an anthropomental, paternal, punishing and rewarding, superintelligent and creator entity.

For us, on the other hand, all those ideas of yours fit within the Framework of myths, explainable in the historical evolution of your Terrestrial Social Network. On a real event which, through its physical singularity interpreted as thaumaturgic (Miraculous), astonished the contemporaries of Jesus, a doctrinal stratum develops that gives shape to a new religion, Christianity, and to the structuring of several churches around different interpretations of the distorted message of that OEMMIIWOA .

We do not mind your spreading this message, but we leave it to your discretion to decide to whom a copy should be given (we refer to the attached report, not to this letter).

Our cosmogonic conception is founded on solid scientific bases. We know that we are immersed in a WAAM-WAAM (Multiple universe) and that the flows of information that make all its configurational richness possible come from two poles or centres. One of them is the generator of information par excellence. All the possible configurations of matter, all the possibilities of BEING, that is, all the modalities you could conceive of existence, perceptible and not perceptible by our senses or other imaginable sense organs, originate in this pole.

It must be made clear that not all imaginable forms are possible as real beings. For example, our brain can imagine an OEMII or human being one millimetre in size, but such a biological entity would not be possible. Do not forget that a linear reduction of 1/10³ (one thousandth) would translate, in the volume of the internal organs, into 1/10⁹ (one thousand-millionth); the reduction of the biochemical metabolism would therefore be proportional to the mass. On the other hand, observe that chemical molecules could not be reduced in the same proportion, so that a cell of that supposed homunculus could not house the complex architecture observed in our cells. For similar reasons an insect of the kinds known on OYAGAA with dimensions of dozens of metres would not be conceivable, nor a star composed exclusively of protein chains.

The possible forms of BEING must therefore be coherent with the body of physico-biological laws that govern the WAAM-WAAM.

This pole or cosmic matrix of information will make possible, by generative transfer, the whole configuration of the multiple universes. Without its existence the cosmos would be like a gigantic crystal of isotropic configuration, amorphous, lacking configurations or singularities and therefore information (We use the term crystal not as a synonym of a geometric architecture of ordered atoms, a body which would not be isotropic, but as an infinite chain of IBOZSOO-UHU in complete disorder, in which the transmission of light is not possible and entropy is infinite).

This cosmogonic centre that encodes those possible configurations we call WOA. WOA coexists with AIODII, that is, with embodied reality. One configures, shapes, the other.

But we are concerned that you may identify our version of WOA with some particular conception of GOD. A superficial examination of both notions may accept this parallelism. WOA=Generator would be equivalent to GOD=Creator as your theologians conceive him.

But the image of God, which, as you well know, is rather different in the context of the religions of Earth, appears in all of them as an anthropomorphic being, endowed with infinite goodness, the thinking being par excellence, the perfect father of his creatures. Moreover, his supreme existence appears as revealed to his prophets within a religious and pious framework.

It will interest you to know that our idea of WOA comes by the scientific route, not the theological. It is true that his existence was proclaimed by UMMOWOA in a historical framework in which Science could not reach knowledge of him. But for us a “revealed” concept lacks probative value. The society of UMMO is not as emotional as the Social Network of Earth. Within it a religion could not take shape in the sense you give to this term (The binding of the human being to his God, which entails Faith and obedience to his laws and doctrines). Neither do we see a father in WOA, nor do we conceive that any concept can be obeyed or assumed by way of Faith. Only reason and scientific demonstration allow the body of our doctrine to be forged. (Observe that my brothers, faithful to that principle, have always insisted that you should not believe in our identity as OEMMII travellers coming from UMMO. This is so because we start from the principle that what is not proven must not be accepted at all).

If we came in time to accept the word of UMMOWOA, it is because the evolution of our Cosmogony allowed us to accept the reliability of the origin of his doctrine, as we shall explain to you in later paragraphs.

UMMOWOA, like JESUS, did not seek to found any Church or Religion.

What happened in the different planetary settings is that UMMOWOA was born into a developed society in which historical rigour does not allow the creation of myths, whereas Jesus of Earth lived in an epoch in which language was metaphorical, Science did not exist, and the prevailing ideas were irrational and strongly steeped in magical conceptions. It is thus understandable that his message should have been adulterated, although its essential elements have survived, and that his historical figure should have undergone enormous distortions. We shall speak to you of this later.

To understand all this we must continue to qualify the conception of WOA.

WOA is a source of cosmic information. But all information is meaningless without a material or energetic support. Hence the symbiosis between WOA and the WAAM of infinite mass. WOA makes this information real within that WAAM.

As we shall explain to you later, WOA also establishes a relationship of attunement with those structures we call the human brain, but only in very special circumstances.

What is the scientific basis of that relationship? You will understand that in the context of these popular pages it is almost impossible to set out the extremely complex mathematical model on which it rests. We shall therefore use metaphor or simile. WOA attunes with the WAAM of the BUAWA BIAEII (Universe that encodes all information) through an effect similar to the one you know in physics as Resonance. (If you place two violin strings at a certain distance and make one of them vibrate, the propagation of pressure waves acts on the other and makes it oscillate. An analogous effect appears between two circuits fitted with an electrical inductance and capacitance).

You can imagine that universal centre of pure information, which is WOA, as a gigantic archive in which you could find mathematically encoded anything from the configuration of an exotic plant to the solution of a system of differential equations or the structure of a building and of a coherent-radiation generator (laser). We repeat: any entity or being possible in the multiple Universe.

WOA has coexisted from eternity with the WAAM B.B., the true brain of the multicosmos, and modulates it through that peculiar resonance effect. But observe that in reality it does not transfer all the information to it at once. The Multicosmos is like a great cybernetic organism that corrects itself.

Within the different Universes, thanks to a negentropic current, life is born, based on biomolecular complexity. These living organisms that populate a multitude of cold stars (remember that a cold star is not only a planetary body, but sometimes old stars that have cooled and still retain some internal heat) go on perfecting themselves in complexity, in structures whose density of information accumulated in space is increasing. These are the nervous systems. The limit of this complexity is the human brain. Its architecture is then complex enough for it to make a qualitative leap, to come into contact with its BUAWWA and to be enriched to the maximum by its connection to B.B. (BUAWAA BIAEII or collective consciousness engrammed with that great brain of the Universe: THE WAAM B.B.).

Observe that this great system, whose architecture is made up of BRAIN - BUAWA - B.B., suddenly becomes aware of the Universe surrounding it. It is like a sensor of B.B. that captures the configurations of its cosmos, that is, the galaxies, the stars, the mountains, the animals, rocks and the artefacts made. B.B. is informed of its own elaboration. It is as if the multicosmos were a gigantic being whose brain and hands were the WAAM B.B. This would mould the clay of matter in the different Universes, concentrating it in the form of atoms, clouds of stars, planets, mountains and living beings. But in order to mould one must “see”. Its eyes would be the brains. These send the information to B.B., and B.B. in turn corrects the deficiencies of the system thanks to the patterns supplied by WOA. The “hands” of WAAM B.B. are nothing other than the inter-universe physical influence of the imaginary mass that propagates from one cosmos to another producing spatial folds, and therefore configurations of mass and energy modulated by the information of the B.B.

You see how in WOA its centre of information is static, whereas in the multiple Universe, in the WAAM B.B. attuned to WOA, the information is dynamic. That is why we warned you that the comparison with two violin strings is only didactic-metaphorical, for in them the resonance effect manifests itself with simultaneous dynamics.

We have used the OYAGAA verb “to generate” as representative of the action of WOA because it is more familiar to you and reminds you didactically of the conception of the verb “to create”, so dear to the theologians of Earth.

But we think you have already noticed the subtle difference. WOA is not the entity you imagine as a paternal, intelligent, thinking God, with an anthropological structure, who decides to CREATE a Universe, and in it some creatures in his image whom he will reward after their death if they have kept his laws. WOA has nothing to do with that mythical Being created by the minds of terrestrial man.

Here the verb TO GENERATE could be translated as “to represent”, through a special effect of cosmic resonance, information patterns that are transferred to the WAAM B.B. in order to make the configuration of a network of Universes evolve dynamically in time. A simple parable might help you become familiar with our cosmology.

WAAM B.B. is like the brain of a potter whose tired eyes (the brains of the OEMMII) contemplate a mass of clay (matter and energy). His hands (the imaginary mass whose “tentacles” cross the frontiers of the different Universes) mould an amphora. But to do so he needs two intellectual processes. First, to be inspired by a drawing (information pattern) that represents that vessel. For this he looks at an old book of pottery (WOA), which subtly suggests to him the shape the amphora must have; but above all he must learn to self-correct its shape, handling it with his hands, observing it as it takes shape, becoming aware of the difficulties of handling a viscous substance.

When in our writings we attribute to men of Earth the faculty of “generating”, we are not therefore referring to that divine function, hypothetical for you, of “creating matter out of nothing”, but of generating IMAGES, IDEAL ENTITIES in WAAM B.B., which the latter takes charge of dynamizing or modelling upon Universes that coexist with WOA (That is, which have not been created by God in the sense you give to this word).

We feel deep respect for your religious conceptions of entities called by you Allah, God, Jehovah, Brahma... But as you have just observed, our concept of WOA has nothing to do with your theological ideas. That does not mean you should feel obliged to embrace our idea of WOA, which for us is a scientific conception but which reaches you through some typewritten sheets of obscure origin. For that reason each of you must go on being faithful to your old beliefs, as we have always suggested to you, and read our reports as one studies the customs of an exotic and distant tribal people.

THE CRITICAL CONFIGURATION OF THE BRAIN

This report, together with another text, we provided to your brothers in Canada, but as this information has not reached you men of Spain, we wish to sketch it in these paragraphs.

In the evolutionary, and therefore negentropic, process of living architectures, the animal nervous system reaches a very high rank.

Observe how matter goes on configuring itself in increasingly complex structures. It is not only the density of information, which becomes ever higher as organic molecules become ordered in small spaces, but its marvellous architecture. Millions of nerve fibres, already complex in themselves, are interconnected through dendritic protuberances, connecting with one another to process information. These basic neuronal structures with different functions are in turn interconnected in networks formed by increasingly complicated functional nuclei. The final configuration is the brain of the OEMII, capable of capturing data from its physical environment, processing them, sending them in part to the B.B., or using them in turn to react and manipulate its physical surroundings. So far we are revealing nothing you do not know.

What is the end of this evolution of the human brain? First of all we shall make clear to you that the evolution of the nervous network involves quantum stages, each of which gives rise to a new phenomenon.

To understand this we shall first have to remind you of some notions of our AYUUUEAOIIDII (BIOPHYSICS OF NETWORKS).

A network or system is made up of nodes or poles linked to one another by channels. The nodes may be simple mass points or complex subsystems. The channels are in turn flows of force, of energy or of information. Frequently, nodes and channels are themselves more elementary networks. Networks familiar to you are an urban telephone system, in which the channels are simple conductors through which flows an electric current modulated by information; the television set in your home; a passenger car engine, in which there are complicated mechanical, electrical, mass-energy (petrol) or gas (air, combustion gases, etc.) interconnections.

Another important type of Network is the society of OEMII; its nodes are in turn complex subsystems: human beings, and the channels of information are as important as the channels of mass and energy. The nodes (men) are connected by various flows with the biophysical environment and with other nodes (their brothers). A transfer channel is established when you receive olfactory or optical information, when you hand an object to another brother, or when you speak with him.

Of course, buildings, aircraft, governments, machine tools, computers and ballpoint pens are so many other examples of networks.

It is evident that an animal organism is also a network, and the most complex structure among those known, the human brain, thus becomes the most perfect of known networks.

We wish to point out to you that there are networks whose connections are not channels through which energy, information or mass flows (liquid, gaseous, solid or plasmic). Examples of such systems or networks would be a polygon, or the system formed by the walls, ceiling and floor of a room.

Although we are departing from our didactic objective, we remind you that the Whole WAAM-WAAM constitutes a gigantic macro-network, formed by subsystems or networks which in turn are made up of still more elementary networks. Our effort in the field of Physics has been to create a complex mathematical model that explains the development and functions of these networks. Do not forget that many elements of such networks are quantum in character, so that their behaviour is random and therefore unpredictable. This introduces an important factor of an indeterministic character into many of these systems.

We now invite you to pay attention to a very important characteristic of NETWORKS.

It is precisely at this point that the development of our science is much more advanced than that of OYAGAA. We repeat: attend scrupulously to the following paragraphs.

The most important property of a Network is what we call EIDOAYUEE. (The closest word in English would be: EMERGENCE).

When a system becomes structured in a peculiar way, EIDOAYUEE then arises. It is not easy to set out its laws in a short space, so we shall resort to didactic examples.

The necessary but not sufficient condition is a leap in its complexity or in the concentration of information in its elements. The greater the density of information, the more transcendent the EIDOAYUEE also is.

EIDOAYUEE is the fact, evident to you, that a Network possesses properties and performs functions that its component elements do not possess.

Observe an inert network: a pentagonal polygon. It is formed by five nodes and five rectilinear connections. Separate points and lines. None of them enjoys the pentagonal property; you cannot say that a straight-line segment possesses one tenth of the pentagonal property. But the fact of linking them together generates a new geometric property.

One of your Broadcasting stations is nothing but a network whose components are cables, solder joints, semiconductors, vacuum valves, capacitors, windings and fixed and variable resistors, besides the supporting elements. The network is capable of modulating energy and radiating it through an aerial. But try taking the circuit apart. Could you, with one of its components -a graphite resistor, a tantalum capacitor or a Zener diode- radiate even a millionth of modulated energy?

Observe also that infinite configurations of networks are possible, but that only a small percentage of them are really functional or significant. It is therefore not a matter of densifying information at random. You can build a very complicated machine with connecting rods, springs, screws, plates, pinions, transmission belts, flywheels and shafts, cams and rocker arms, which serves no purpose and does not even start to move, even though we can measure a respectable rate of information density.

There exist mathematical patterns, called by us GUIXOEXOO, which allow certain networks to be functional, or significant. When an engineer of Earth designs a camera, a robot or a pair of scissors, he is intuiting its GUIXOEXOO, unlike a demented inventor who creates, for example, a fantastic perpetual-motion machine; and this even though the physicists of OYAGAA (Earth) have not developed a general theory of AYUUEAOIDI (Ontology of systems) that would make it possible to generate GUIXOOEXOO (Emergence pattern).

Recapitulate at this point:

A network: If it is specially structured, generates an EIDUAYUEE (EMERGENCE), that is, a function or meaning, whose properties significantly exceed the sums of the properties of its components.

The more complex a network is, that is, the greater its density of information, and given the condition of GUIXOOEXOO (almost untranslatable), the greater and more transcendent is the emergent function or its significance.

We also wish to warn and teach you that this EMERGENCE manifests itself quantically, “in leaps”, in steps. GUIXOOEXOO does not develop as a continuous function, but as a step function.

See it in an example. You can develop a simple internal-combustion engine, formed by a cylinder, a piston, a connecting rod and some valves, a flywheel and a shaft, an elementary carburettor and a few more components. It is a network from which EMERGES the function of generating kinetic energy by rotation, applying principles of Thermodynamics known to you. From here on you can perfect it. Not only by adding components -a more sophisticated carburettor, new synchronized cylinders, an electronic ignition system- but by reducing the size of the elements, whereby the system grows in information density.

But the emergence does not vary. Greater efficiency, greater power, greater stability of rotation will be achieved, but EIDUAYUUE remains constant. You will not succeed in making that network, that engine, emit television images or record images on a sensitive plate. A considerable qualitative leap would be needed, an essential transformation of its components, to make it behave like a camera.

Perhaps you will appreciate this concept more clearly by observing the evolution of an animal nervous Network. Here the “engineer” who elaborates the GUIXOOEXOO, that is, the behaviour pattern of the network, is BUAWEE BIAEII (B.B.), that is, the pattern Universe or collective Consciousness.

Observe the organism of a coelenterate, known to the zoologists of Earth. It develops sensitive cells (protoneurons) capable of distinguishing stimuli from outside. Here is a first nervous system whose EMERGENCE (EIDUAYUUE) is elementary: to receive information and react in a reflex act.

Observe now more evolved organisms. For example, echinoderms. In them a quantum leap can be seen, a different GUIXOOEXO, a radically different emergent function.

The network of the coelenterates was reduced to STIMULUS-sensory-motor cells-ACTION.

In the echinoderm the network not only became more complex, but changed its architecture. The neurons were integrated into ganglia of special configuration. Now the EMERGENCE is also different. It manifests itself in the form of integrated behaviour. The network accumulates information, memorizes recollections, and the animal, faced with a stimulus, does not react automatically with a reflex act, but modulates its behaviour according to engrammed experience.

From now on, in evolution, that nervous system will become more and more complicated. Fish, amphibians, reptiles and mammals will structure the ganglia, forming an encephalic mass capable of taking decisions of a deterministic character (Without free will), but according to what you would call “programming of engrammed data”. These animals capture information throughout their existence, store it, elaborate it at an elementary level, structure a cerebellar formation capable of memorizing automatisms, and take decisions not only according to what they observe in their environment, but guided also by their internal programme and their memories. Behaviour patterns such as those you call conditioned reflexes allow these organisms to develop a learning that sometimes overcomes the conditioning of their instincts.

We must now consider a transcendent leap in cerebral evolution. Hominoid mammals transform their encephalon into a radically different network. The brain of the OEMII (Man) is thus generated.

We wish to insist that it is not only a function of complexity. It is true that, to reach that leap, an information density of 10¹⁹ bits/centimetre ³ has been necessary. But the key to the GUIXOOEXOO change has been a new structure of the network. New connections (a few) have been necessary between what you call the Caudate nucleus, the amygdaloid ganglionic formation, the hippocampus, what the neurologists of Earth call the septal area, and the frontal cortex, for a radically different brain to be created, which generates a transcendent EIDUAYUUEE EMERGENCE: CONSCIOUSNESS. This function is, as you know, transcendent. In the first place, that viscous mass which is the brain comes into contact with BUAWAA (Soul or psyche) and with B.B.

From now on the organism can take free decisions, although the percentage is still quite limited. But the most important thing, which still escapes the consideration of the neuropsychologists and theologians of OYAGAA, is that that small brain becomes a sensor of the WAAM-WAAM.

At the instant of its formation, its transcendent function lies in capturing information for the B.B. and, by means of that grandiose transformer which is the WAAM-WAAM B.B., modifying step by step the structure of the Universe.

When an OEMMII (human) of any cold star, situated at some remote point of space within any Universe, observes, thinks, acts, simultaneously his intellective, praxic, information-capturing conduct is translated into a modification of the configuration of the WAAM-WAAM (multiple Universe).

Stop and think for a moment about the nature of that morphological change undergone by a brain which previously remained lodged in a hominoid not very different from one of your gorillas or chimpanzees, and which now occupies the cranial cavity of a human.

In your technological world such leaps in the function of networks are frequent. We have seen in the south of France and in some localities of the country Spain itinerant knife-grinders who used a motorcycle to transfer rotary kinetic energy to a grinding wheel of abrasive grit. That is: A network designed to carry the body of an OEMII as a vehicle was transformed, by means of the elementary component of a transmission belt and a flywheel fitted with a grinding cylinder, into a system whose EIDUAYUUE (function, emergence) was the sharpening or grinding of steel blades.

Your electronic engineers know well how simple it is to transform some receiving circuits, whose function or emergence lies in amplifying trains of modulated electromagnetic waves, into transmitting circuits capable of encoding and radiating information, with the simple modification of adding a few capacitors and resistors, modifying some connection and adding a microphone capsule.

THE OIXIOOWOA FUNCTION. (Untranslatable)

We now wish to reveal to you the nature of the last quantum leap that a brain can undergo. It is the most transcendent of all. Unknown to the scientists of OYAGAA. The consequences, not only neurophysiological but physico-cosmological, are genuinely surprising for social networks such as that of Earth, which has not yet reached sufficient intellectual maturity to understand them.

An anthropobiological question important for you is to know what the future evolutionary line of the human brain will be. What will your descendants be like, if they come to exist, after, for example, two million years?

We OEMII of UMMO, whose brain is more developed than that of OYAGAA and who have known other planetary social networks, can give a nuanced answer to this important question.

The negentropic development of the neuronal Network you call encephalon or brain will not stop yet. Two paths lie before you for this development. One of them is governed by a law unknown to you which we call BAAYIOODISXAA (Cosmic biological balance); it is what you commonly call the process of evolution of the species, governed by norms emanating from the B.B. (Orthogenesis), through successive IDUGOOO (Genetic changes or mutations). A simple change in the sequence of nucleotides of a DNA chain that makes up any IGOOAA (GENE) is translated into a new polypeptide or protein chain. The mission of this new embryo-generating protein is to change the architecture of the system, that is, of the Network. If that Network is the brain and the protein is a specific structure-shaping one (The mission of embryo-generating proteins is not only to modify histologically the bases of the cell cytoplasm, but to orient the tissue spatially, rather as one of your bricklayers arranges bricks three-dimensionally to build a room).

This mutation, if it is not regressive, implies a new structural change [Note 1] in the brain, which would thus become more complex. For example, it could develop the structure of the frontal cortex, allowing the individual to be more intelligent, since its dendritic network would be capable of complicated intellective processes (Processing data from its physical environment and from its mnemonic engram -memory-)

That higher brain, with which we are endowed, and other planetary networks to a still greater degree than ours, and which your descendants will also possess, will have a somewhat different configuration from the one you know. But a qualitative leap like the one experienced when a hominoid being became an OEMII (MAN) will not thereby have taken place.

Its EIDUAYUUE (Emergence) will be identical. That is, they will be conscious brains, with a higher degree, certainly, of decision-making freedom, much more intelligent, but their supreme mission will be to scrutinize the Universe in which they live, transfer those data to the B.B. (BUAWAA BIAEII), that is, to that distant information-encoding Universe, and through it, modify the WAAM-WAAM (Multicosmos).

Here we must pause to try to get you to reflect on a very important aspect.

As the capacity for consciousness of a brain increases, and therefore its level of free will (as a function of its growing complexity), it is evident that its action on the B.B. increases, and therefore its shaping influence on the multicosmos.

Before my brothers AWUU 5 SON of AWUU 3 and OYIIAA 64 daughter of UREE 11 made the brilliant scientific discovery of the existence of the OIXIOOWOA function (untranslatable), we could speculate logically, as you will undoubtedly be doing on reading our report, that there must be a limit to the shaping function of the Universe.

If a brain as small as the one lodged in your encephalon, observing galaxies, flowers and volcanoes, or philosophizing about the nature of being, transfers this weak activity to the B.B., and the latter amplifies it to the point of shaping the configuration of cosmic dust or the form of a distant galaxy, you will be able to foresee that, if the evolution of that mass of nerve ganglia continues, and therefore its perfecting in the conscious function, a hypothetical moment would come in which a macrobrain no larger than eighty cubic decimetres with a sufficiently complex internal architecture would become capable of dominating the WAAM-WAAM, even competing with the B.B..

All the more so bearing in mind -as we now know- that this influence does not follow the pattern of a linear function. (A twofold increase in neuronal complexity can multiply its cosmological action by six).

Long before this level of complexity is reached, the regulating laws of the WAAM-WAAM, a true cybernetic organism, have provided for regulating functions that will no doubt surprise you, even though in the history of OYAGAA this jugulating regulation has manifested itself at least once, as far as we know. [Note 2]

But before going into the OIXIOOWOA function, we shall remind you that there is a second path for developing an encephalon: BAAYIIBUUTD (it could be translated as biotechnology). Tomorrow you, as we do today, will be able to synthesize a network of chromosomes (Genome) and then perfect it to obtain much more complex network-structures, living organisms different even from those you know, and of course OEMII endowed with a more complex brain and therefore more intelligent and conscious.

But this is a subject on which we shall inform you in future paragraphs and which presents serious ethical implications, the violation of which would mean very grave disorders for the social network that dares to take that crucial step.

Let us return, then, to the main theme of this report. What would happen if, whether by the natural evolutionary line or by biotechnological means, a specific threshold were reached in the architecture and complexity of the encephalon?

Before answering, we shall inform you about important aspects of the nature of WOA.

We have made clear that WOA is a transcendent pole of information. It engrams not only the configurations of all possible entities, but the laws that can make the structure of the WAAM- WAAM possible.

Do not think that there can exist another framework of physical laws different from the one that governs the WAAM-WAAM.

We can isolate two types of law:

EEWAOO    This is a structure of laws governing the framework of entropic and negentropic tendencies. They are physical and biological laws, many of which are familiar to you, and whose validity extends to the whole WAAM-WAAM. They are summed up in a very small table of laws that give dynamism to the universal network of IBOZSOO UHU. Naturally these laws are inviolable. In macrophysical structures they prevent any degree of freedom. In microphysical structures it is not possible to predict behaviour. An essential characteristic of the WAAM-WAAM is that macrophysical configurations are regulated and directed by microphysical processes.

For that reason the evolutionary line of the WAAM-WAAM is not deterministic. That is why it is impossible to predict its future behaviour. All attempts to elaborate a predictive model [Note 8 ] of the end of the universe are doomed to failure. The Multicosmos behaves like a living, self-conscious, intelligent organism (thanks to its B.B.), endowed with free will to evolve.

If within it one of its Universes follows a line of increasing entropy, and therefore of degradation and death, other Cosmoses evolve negentropically. A didactic simile might be the following:

The WAAM-WAAM resembles an OEMII (man) endowed only with proprioceptive sense organs. That is, a man lacking eyes, sense of smell, external epidermal touch, organ of Corti, etc. This man could not perceive the outside world, simply because such an external Universe would not exist (for him).

But he would be conscious of his metabolism, of his internal temperature, of his muscular tensions, of his own somatic scheme.

This man would think and take decisions about his own body, regulating his biochemical metabolism and his histological development.

If a disturbing neoplasm appeared within him, he would be capable of aborting its growth with immunological resources. He would destroy his senile cells and regenerate other cytological entities by changing their genome.

His soul would be WOA in symbiosis with B.B. The former (WOA) would supply him with patterns and informative ideas, the latter would make his intellective process possible, but his conduct and his neurosensory function would be governed by some microscopic organelles distributed at random in his body, which are the brains: human encephalons residing on cold stars.

UAA              But in the WAAM-WAAM there exist not only physical networks or structures liable to suffer degradation and death (Entropy), but negentropic, biological networks, some of which acquire the rank of conscious (brains). These latter are capable of taking FREE decisions, not subject, therefore, to the determinism of the inflexible physical laws.

It is evident to you that this introduces a very grave factor of insecurity for the MULTIPLE COSMOS. Do not forget that the brains of OEMII are capable of shaping the architecture of the various Universes. If their conscious behaviour is unbalanced, they would introduce transcendent disturbances into that cybernetic organism which is the WAAM-WAAM. [Note 3]

Now you will understand the role played by the UAA.

They are ideal patterns of conduct. Patterns that are neither interactive nor conditioning like the EEWAOO. They are laws not imposed on the networks of IBOZSOO UHU, comprehensible only to a neuronal network that has reached the degree of consciousness (brain of OEMMII). They are not imposed laws. The ganglionic nervous network can decide not to follow them, since at a certain level it is endowed with free will.

They are harmonic patterns (these UAA) that regulate negentropy.

Their violation provokes an increase of entropy in the multicosmic system. Adapting to them generates an increase of negentropy, that is, of informational perfecting.

In the grandiose plan of the multicosmos these UAA may seem ineffective or irrelevant, since they are not, like the EEWAOO (physico-biological laws), norms that must fatally govern the behaviour of mass and energy.

The UAA are, on the contrary, reflexive. The intelligent living organism contemplates them as in a mirror, and accepts them or not. What will happen if the whole set of brains refuses to obey them? It is evident that the multicosmos would collapse.

But the grandiose organizational scheme of the WAAM-WAAM has wisely provided for that hypothetical but false emergency.

It is evident that a brain, or a limited sum of them, may refuse to follow freely the dictates of the UAA. It is even predictable that a whole planetary network or community may wish to be governed by anti-UAA (immoral) patterns; but the rest of the intelligent organisms, aware that the consequences of their conduct may turn against themselves, will accept those logical patterns of behaviour.

Perhaps a crude example taken from Thermodynamics will help you understand this collective behaviour.

In a closed enclosure the particles (molecules) of a gas behave randomly. It is impossible to predict whether a molecule will head towards the wall of the enclosure with a certain velocity, or whether it will collide with a sister particle. But a macrophysical observer can, on the other hand, predict exactly the behaviour of the whole set of molecules: its pressure, its temperature, that is, its mean velocity.

Nature, through the universal patterns engrammed in WOA, knows that the set of OEMII distributed over trillions of inhabited planets will fatally fulfil the UAA, making possible the harmonious development of the WAAM-WAAM, even though a fraction of them violate them, partly destroying their own future. The terrible experience of the conformation prior to their integration into B.B. will, moreover, act as a terrible aversive factor for those who refuse to follow such laws.

We have known planetary communities whose intelligent beings, adopting selfish, aggressive conduct destructive to their brothers, annihilated themselves with terrible biotechnical weapons. But their death and suffering on experiencing the effects of those weapons are pale mirror images compared with the appalling intellectual suffering they underwent before being integrated into B.B. after their death.

Now, after these qualifications, you will be able to understand the OIXIOWOA more clearly.

Remember that we informed you about the double function of WOA.

This cosmic POLE (you may call it God, if you wish, allowing for the conceptual differences that separate it from your theological conceptions) is capable of entering into “resonance” with two basic structures of the WAAM-WAAM.

You know one of them through our reports. It is WAAM B.B.. The latter picks up the following models or patterns:

Patterns or sequences of information of the possible configurations. (Stars, animals, things).

Patterns shaped by the EEWAOO (physical and biological laws).

But WOA can transfer -and does- other important patterns of law: the UAA, regulators of negentropy. And it does so in “resonance” (do not forget that we use the term resonance as a didactic device) with certain networks that are generated by evolution on different cold stars and within intelligent social networks.

We were speaking to you of the different quantum leaps that we can observe in a nervous configuration. We reminded you that these could evolve through the following stages, each of which contributes a GUIXOOEXO and therefore a different emergence.

First stage: Organism with simple reflexes that reacts directly to the stimulus of the physical environment.

Second stage: Organism capable of engramming information and which directs its conduct deterministically by virtue not only of the environment but of the memorized information.

Third stage: Organism (OEMII) (Man) whose brain has undergone a quantum leap that allows it to be conscious, relatively free and connected to BUAWAA (Psyche) and to BUAWEE BIAEII, and which with its conduct contributes to shaping the WAAM-WAAM.

Let us look at the third stage: Its duration can be put at between one million four hundred thousand years and thirty-eight million. The case of all the civilizations we know (eighty per cent of them), including the network of OYAGAA and that of UMMO, falls between these limits. When a social network of human brains dies early, it is not because of a mutation of its structure, but because it annihilates itself. Sometimes through terrible collective suicides, as on the cold star whose phoneme we could translate as FEEXEEEEE, situated at a star of spectral type K some thirty-two thousand light years from you (constellation of Aries), in the vicinity of our galactic formation.

At other times technological development and the violation of the UAAA law have provoked a planetary hecatomb after a terrible conflagration between contenders. Sometimes external causes, such as the nearby explosion of a supernova or serious cosmological disturbances, have brought about the destruction of that humanity.

But the natural end of a human species, if there are no variations in its main star, extremely serious geological cataclysms or technological annihilation, is the passage to the fourth stage: the OIXIOOWOA.

The probability that an OIXIOOWOA mutation arises (a single one in a given brain) in the course of the first ten million years of a network of OEMII is very high (Probability close to one), and it becomes unity if at least thirteen million years have elapsed.

It is very rare for a similar mutation to occur in the course of fifteen to twenty million years (if the humanity survives). [Note 4]

After thirty-eight million years a surprising biological-physical phenomenon occurs. Almost all the brains have mutated. Already from six million years earlier, hundreds of thousands of OEMII beings had undergone that mutation, becoming OIXIOOWOA brains. After a few years of life (no more than fifty), the human organism that houses that brain “DISAPPEARS”. (Note that we do not say it dies, but that it “disappears”.) It is clear that if the whole population that inhabits the cold star reaches this stage, the humanity ceases to exist.

We shall clear up this enigma for you.

As a network of neuronal nuclei (encephalon) evolves, it becomes more and more intelligent, more and more conscious and therefore more and more influential in the WAAM-WAAM.

A multiple mutation in the genome can give rise to another quantum leap (The definitive one). Another, higher nervous network is created (not necessarily much more intelligent), but whose emergence is totally new. It is the OIXIIOOWOA phase, extremely rare for us, the highest stage that a brain can reach. The being or organism that houses it ceases to be a man, as you call him, an OEMII, as we call ourselves. It is another being, although its anatomy is similar. We call this new being, in general: OEMMIIWOA.

Its characteristics are:

ANATOMY: It is the only known phase similar to that of the OEMMII from which it has been generated by genetic mutation. Its body cannot go on evolving, because its physical structure disappears years after its birth, when a certain mental state called WOAIRII (untranslatable) occurs.

INTELLECTUAL LEVEL: The mutation appears in a genome corresponding to a future phenotype of high intelligence. If its organism did not disappear, it is presumed that its descendants would keep growing in mental capacity, but this cannot be proven.

CONDITIONING CONNECTIONS: For obvious reasons we have never had access to the brain of an OEMMIIWOA. The model presented as most probable is that of an encephalon with a special development of the amygdaloid nucleus and hyperactivity of the pineal gland. Probably, the appearance of two key subthalamic nuclei.

Cosmobiological STRUCTURE: In the OEMMIIWOA the classic BAAYIODUU networks made up of Krypton atoms are present, putting the encephalon in connection with its BUAAWAA and with the BUAWWEE BIAEII. But in addition a new network arises, with a number of Kr (Krypton) atoms unknown to us, which establishes an informational connection with the Cosmic pole of information WOA.

FUNCTION OF THE OEMMIIWOA: In the brain of the encephalon thus mutated, the UAA of WOA are engrammed at the unconscious level. The AYUUEAOIDII or emergence (function) of this nervous network manifests itself with grandiose intensity in the marvellous plan of cosmological Nature. The mission of this encephalon is to inject into the social network those laws of negentropic regulation, into encephalons with free will capable of assuming or rejecting them. The information about these laws (moral, as you would say) is channelled from that brain towards the global body of data that forms the cultural heritage of that society.

The OEMMIIWOA thus becomes a direct receiver of certain ordering patterns contained in WOA, and not only through B.B., as in the rest of human beings. [Note 5]

“DISAPPEARANCE” OF THE OEMMIIWOA: A being of these characteristics is something exceptional in the setting of a social network. Its degree of awareness tends towards a maximum. This maximum occurs in a state called by us WOAIRII, of extremely intense emotional upheaval, that is, at a moment of its life in which the limbic system of its brain, subjected to very powerful mental pressures, provokes in it an affective collapse.

Under those conditions the conscious function of the brain reaches a threshold inadmissible for the WAAM-WAAM.

Remember that we pointed out to you in preceding paragraphs that the multicosmos could not tolerate a brain reaching such a level of conscious activity that it was capable of modifying its configuration to the level, for example, at which B.B. does.

The Biocosmic laws have provided a cybernetic self-defence mechanism in the multiple Universe. On the one hand, such a structure cannot be annihilated, but its survival would lead to the absurdity of a minuscule living organism dominating the multicosmos. Long before that threshold is reached, B.B. ASNEIIBIAEOO (it can be translated as phagocytizes, absorbs, abducts) that marvellous being.

For you physicists of OYAGAA this phenomenon, which you would no doubt describe as magical, is still incomprehensible. We recognise that its rarity makes it difficult to detect; nevertheless, its physical basis, which we call LEIYOO WAAM (Membrane or boundary effect), is something that manifests itself continually between two adjacent Universes (In fact, the transfer of information with B.B. through Krypton atoms is also a boundary effect). [Note 6]

We call LEIYOO WAAM effect a set of cosmophysical phenomena that manifest themselves in what we call XOODI WAAM. This word expresses the concept of a “membrane” or boundary between two “adjacent” Universes (Understand by “adjacent” not the notion of topological or geometric proximity, but a “structure” with which the transfer of IBOZSOO UHU is possible).

A crude simile will help you understand this concept. Imagine two enclosures or vessels separated from each other by a thin membrane of porous porcelain. If you fill them with a mixture of liquids of different molecular weight, the liquid whose molecular size is smallest will pass through the membrane.

We say that it is a crude simile because the true LEIYOO WAAM is a highly complex phenomenon that involves the transformation of a network of ibozsoo uhu (Elementary entities that constitute the basis of any quantum of nature) constituted as mass into photons. That is: Imagine that you have a small cube of lead on the table. If WAAM B.B. , through a train of standing waves, stimulates the imaginary mass of the “adjacent” Universes, a specific resonance effect is produced that affects a train of imaginary masses in a chain of Cosmoses.

This sequence of oscillations in mass  would reach our Universe and, within it, the point on the cold Star where our cube of Pb is located. The resonance with the network of IBOZSOO UHU that makes up its mass is such that the LEIYOO WAAM (Boundary effect) then occurs.

Before the eyes of the observer on your Star, the cube would instantly disappear from sight, a slight gaseous turbulence being produced because the vacuum must be filled by the surrounding air.

Where will that metal cube have gone? The global mass of our Universe will have been reduced by the same amount, but the global energy of the adjacent Universe will have increased by the energy equivalent of that same mass, for in that Universe it will appear in the form of a network of IBODSOO UHU shaped into photons of a frequency that will be a function of the kinetic energy that the molecules of the lead crystal lattice had at the instant of the mutation (That is, of its temperature).

Naturally, this phenomenon of conversion is very unlikely to happen.

What modulates the LEIYOO WAAM (boundary effects) is the Universe of infinite mass, which encodes enormous quantities of informational Entities.

Thanks to those effects, That Universe regulates the configuration of the infinite “adjacent” Cosmoses.

You may imagine that this WAAM is like a gigantic data processor whose peripheral output organs, that is, its effectors, are nothing other than quanta of imaginary mass operating by boundary effect, that is, strange arms or tentacles extending to the most distant Cosmoses. They can provoke foldings in the space-time setting of a Universe, or transfer mass and energy, and also information, through the XOOIDI WAAM (boundaries). But all this cosmological action is not carried out at random, but carefully programmed by WAAM, which in turn, as we have repeated to you, is informed by infinite brains of OEMMII.

When an OEMMIIWOA, that is, a human endowed with that singular brain, reaches an unbearable level of awareness (unbearable for WAAM), the latter reacts instantly, provoking a spectacular LEIYOO WAAM. The body of that human “disappears” before the eyes of those with him. His mass is converted into photons in an adjacent Universe and his psyche is integrated instantly into B.B. without reconversion, for his neuronal structure in life did not allow him to violate the moral law, the UAA, since his brain was a direct receiver of those universal patterns of conduct. [Note 7]

Do not think that this “disappearance” is a kind of punishment by the WAAM-WAAM. It is governed simply by a law of survival of the Multicosmos.

NOTES TO THE REPORT ON UMMOWOA AND JESUS

[1] This type of mutation may be accidental, for example when ionizing radiation creates a chemical radical that seriously affects the network of IGOOAA (genes), provoking a slight variation in the sequence of nucleotides of what you call DNA, in which case the subsequent formation of a protein, seriously affected by this change, will provoke alterations in the phenotype (positive or negative for the survival of the individual); or it may be a mutation ORIENTED BY B.B., called by us IDUUGOO. In this case several nucleotides are affected, many of which correspond to DNA sequences that later, through chains of what you call messenger RNA and transfer RNA, will give rise in its ribosomes to embryo-generating proteins (that is, proteins of histological architecture).

We are speaking of SEVERAL proteins of this kind, so that the change in the phenotype will be deeper than in the case of an accidental mutation.

In this case a true quantum leap takes place in the species. It is in this way that a new encephalic neuronal network is shaped, in which its structure changes quite profoundly.

In short: The mutation of a brain from one type to another, more perfect one is directed by BUAWEE BIAEEII. The moment of its appearance is governed by laws of chance, but its perfecting follows laws that demand progressive perfecting following very complex patterns of genetic evolution engrammed in B.B. Each phylum can give rise to approximately 218,000 possible structural mutations, corresponding to as many patterns engrammed in B.B. A Krypton network decodes the instructions of this cosmic data bank. Back

[2] When the disturbance in a Cosmos is very intense, an inversion occurs in the resonant action of its imaginary mass. B.B. (Universe) picks up this inversion, for, being unable to resonate, a complicated effect is produced whose most comprehensible simile for you would be a beam of standing waves. This produces a serious disturbing effect in WAAM . (It is something as if you threw a ball, it bounced off the wall and on its way back injured your head).

It is a true feedback loop. The disturbance provoked in B.B. is translated into a boundary effect; WAAM  thus eliminates the cause of the disturbance.

We shall now anticipate and explain to you what would happen if an ordinary human brain, through its conscious action and therefore its shaping of variations in the WAAM-WAAM, were to exceed itself in its functions, generating an extremely intense distortion in a Universe. B.B. In this case, following laws of a cybernetic character, it would annul by boundary effect the configuration of this organism in its own Universe of origin, dissolving its network of mass IBOZSOO UHU and transforming it into another, energetic network within another Universe, although the sum of information engrammed in it would not be lost. An aspect we shall develop further on.

This event in a man of Earth or in an OEMMII of UMMO is probabilistically impossible. It is like imagining that an athlete of Earth could be strong enough to tear up the Himalayas. But what would happen if by mutation an athlete some 70 kilometres tall were generated? Naturally this is a mere metaphor; such gigantic anatomies cannot develop, but on the other hand it is possible, as you will see further on, for structured brains capable of creating terrible cosmological disturbances to be generated.

This limitation of our own power to distort WAAM -WAAM protects us. We can die and our body dissolve in the physico-biological setting around us, but not “disappear, passing into another Cosmos”. At least as long as we go on being ordinary OEMMII. Back

[3] You may ask us why the UAA (which you, almost imbuing them with a mystical-religious character, call moral) are not as inflexible and rigid as the EEWAO (Physico-biological laws that must inevitably be fulfilled).

It is evident that cosmobiological Nature is governed by patterns that we could metaphorically describe as endowed with great wisdom. Imagine, by reductio ad absurdum, that the intelligent organisms of the WAAM-WAAM were not free. (Naturally in this case they would not need ideal patterns of conduct (UAA) to govern themselves; the physical laws would suffice). Their network would therefore be DETERMINISTIC. The action of these brains on the multiple Cosmos would be sclerotic for lack of creativity. Only within a free system can information be made dynamic, being continually enriched in an evolutionary process.

A rigid model would give rise to a crystallized WAAM-WAAM, with an initial level of information that would rapidly degenerate through entropy.

Imagine another model: The brains are free, conscious, endowed with a certain percentage of free will, but not assisted by UAA patterns, that is, incapable of grasping patterns of moral conduct, in the case where these did not exist or were not made available to them.

The social networks of Cold Stars, lacking norms, would fall into negentropic chaos, would rapidly destroy themselves, and their behavioural actions would provoke chaos in the WAAM-WAAM.

If you reflect: the UAA are as necessary as the EEWAO (physico-biological laws) for the existence of cosmobiological Nature.

Without the one or the other, the set of Universes would have no reason for being, and we would arrive at the absurd entity of a pole of information, WOA, that cannot develop itself.

On the other hand, the UAA cannot be rigid like the EEWAO, for they must adapt to the structure of a social network and mutate with it. We mean, so that you may understand it, that the body of laws you call ethical (whose genuine purpose, as you see, is to avoid the entropy of an intelligent biological system, and therefore the entropy of the Multi-Cosmos) is not totally Universal. It is true that part of those laws have a cosmic character. For example, the UAA is violated if the evolution of the humanity of a cold Star is seriously disturbed by inhabitants of another planetary body.

But other laws are adapted to the historical moment of a human group. If the structure of the Network changes, the moral law changes too.

We shall see in the text we have drafted for you that these UAA laws are injected into the social network through two channels. One, very damped and extremely weak, comes from WAAM and connects with the subconscious structures of our brains. The other channel comes directly from the transcendent pole of information WOA, and it is the one we are studying pedagogically in this report.

[4] The law of distribution of frequencies in time follows a very singular function, whose graph we set out below. In each social network of any cold star, a single individual of this species called OEMMIWOA is first generated by chance. Then a long interval elapses without the phenomenon occurring, until it bursts forth after many more millions of years.

The OIXIOOWOA mutation therefore generates a type of brain radically different from that of the OEMII from which it derives. The OEMIIWOA thus formed is a new biological species with a different genome.

[5] It is very difficult to outline in a few typewritten lines the mental structure of an OEMMIWOA, which logically must be different from that of an OEMII. On the one hand he becomes aware that the information he receives comes from the pole WOA. But the notion this being has of WOA comes from his sociocultural environment. If the latter has a magical-religious concept of WOA, this new organism may believe himself identified with an anthropomental God, although the UAA values he carries shape him as a being endowed with great humility, devoted to the service of the OEMMII and ready for any sacrifice.

The chromosomal structure of the OEMMIIWOA prevents him from procreating with an OEMMII, since the two are of different species. In fact he may try, for unless he has been born into a humanity whose scientific development is advanced enough to have elaborated the mathematical-biological model of the existence of this new brain, that OEMMIIWOA does not know that his organism is different from that of other intelligent humans, since his anatomy is very similar. (Jesus and UMMOWOA lacked such data in their respective epochs of birth).

Of course an OEMMIIWOA may be a woman. And we have in fact detected cold Stars where this was so. That JESUS and our UMMOWOA were male is a mere' fortuitous circumstance.

In the case of Earth it is difficult to foresee what would have happened if Jesus had been born a woman, within the iron Judaic male-chauvinist mentality. Perhaps light may be shed on that supposed event by the historical analysis of what happened to your sister Hipacia, born in the year 368 in Alexandria, daughter of Theon. This woman, one of the most intelligent that OYAGAA has had, was a distinguished astronomer and mathematician of her time. Her father had initiated her into Geometry. She had contributed to developing the marvellous library whose destruction by the Christians meant, for you, centuries of intellectual darkness.

The patriarch of Alexandria hated her for her double condition of woman and intellectual, not a Christian.

The riots in the city had been started by a fanatical monk called Ammonius. The struggles between Christians and pagans grew sharper. A mob of supporters of the Patriarch seized the unfortunate woman in the street, and a messenger was sent to the Christian prelate, who gave instructions to kill her without specifying the manner. [6] It is understandable that in a Social Network not yet endowed with a rational and scientific cultural basis, every unusual event that apparently is not governed by known physico-biological laws should be interpreted by the observing OEMMII as supernatural, thaumaturgic, or the fruit of noumenal-transcendent powers. That is, among you, the origin of magical ideas. When you cannot understand a fact with your reason, and it occurs with a certain rarity (very scarce incidence in time), you may think that it has been brought about by the intervention of God, or of a demon, or of a spirit. At other times you will label it with the word “paranormal”, as if the development of the phenomenon took place outside the laws. It is understandable, therefore, that in the course of your history the eruptions of a volcano, meteorite impacts, ball lightning, the appearance of Supernovae... all of them infrequent phenomena, but not for that reason violators of the framework of EEWAO laws (physico-biological laws), should have been interpreted superstitiously as supernatural signs. Thus the appearance of a comet in the celestial sphere has been among you a sign of grave portents. Even in the setting of a more technified Society, such as the one that surrounded our UMMOWOA, his vanishing into space by that boundary effect was contemplated with awestruck superstitious terror.

[7] ANESIIBIAEOOO (to phagocytize, abduct, absorb) is a process on which we hesitate to expand, so as not to exceed the limits we have set for this simple and elementary report.

An OEMMII observer who has the true good fortune to be present at the instant it happens, when another “human being” disappears from his sight as if he had instantly become transparent, invisible, is left stunned, attributing the phenomenon to a supernatural feat.

But this Leiyoo Waam (Boundary effect) presents important aspects that differ from the phenomenon of “disappearance” of what you call “black stars”, “black abysses or holes”.

In the latter, when their mass collapses above a threshold, it too disappears from the present Universe, through “the boundary”, and reappears in the form of degraded energy (reducing its Entropy) in another adjacent Cosmos.

ANESIIBIAEOO is a much more complex boundary effect. The chain of IBOZSOO UHU (which in principle formed the fourth-stage brain of the OEMMIIWOA organism) is transformed first, in the adjacent Universe, into a chain of IBOZSOO UHU carrying not only the information engrammed in that individual’s memory, but the information stored in the subconscious coming from WOA (UAA), plus that which the complicated neurocerebral structure provides.

From then on a chain of transfers takes place, from Universe to Universe (without loss of information), until it is absorbed by WAAM, contributing to enrich the complex structure of the B.B.

We observe here one more example of the marvellous harmony of the WAAM-WAAM. If you stop to analyse the process, you will see it for yourselves.

On the one hand, the OEMMIIWOA (male or female) is born by species mutation, as a biological necessity, to regulate the Network of OEMII, so that it does not slide dangerously towards Entropy. That is why we pointed out to you at the beginning of this report that his existence was as inevitable and scientifically necessary as the law of gravitation that generates attraction between an aerolite and a planetoid. But his existence, if it exceeds a certain threshold of awareness dangerous for the WAAM-WAAM, is no longer possible in that case. By phagocytizing him, the WAAM  fulfils two objectives: To annul his harmful cosmological effect, and to make use of his extraordinary informational complexity to contribute to the development of the B.B.

[8] It is not possible to predict with certainty the end of the twin Universes, WAAM and UWAAM, which are familiar to us.

We can, however, determine with a certain probabilistic level what is going to happen to our Cosmos (the one in which we “reside”) according to the evolutionary line we are observing. Its end will “probably” be a space-time continuum configured as a hypersphere of almost infinite radius.

In that future of “ours” there will be no mass configurations or “whirlwinds”: energetic vortices (confined waves).

Only an isotropic distribution of radiation at a very low energy level. The product of a phasing of the wave trains represented by those structures of IBOZSOO UHU generated by WOA through WAAM.

This model of the end has been developed quite successfully by your own cosmologists of OYAGAA.

It is only necessary to point out that there is no certainty that this end will necessarily occur for our Universe, since it is impossible to predict hypothetical corrective actions of the WAAM- WAAM,
